Get a house!! Houses are filling up, Tesla is coming here. My husband and I bought a house in Austin m. It’s 1k a month mortgage 2100 sqft 4 bedroom 3 baths with nice balconies In a safe neighborhood. Rent is going up by a lot every year now.
I still have some saving up to do! But yes I just heard about Tesla coming😱
Been looking for a house in Austin, Where are you finding a safe neighbor that cheap and in Austin or is this the suburbs? Or out by the airport, dump or power plant?
Autumn Pitts houses in Leander are cheap right now and they are soon going to start construction on a domain 2.0 which is a huge outdoor mall, living area it’s very nice. We bought our house for 218,000 (Leander is north of Austin) like 15 min away but very safe neighborhood
Autumn Pitts we got lucky and found one in suburbs area new build but now the division is sold out. 30 min from Austin Before tesla announced. It is not a dump, it’s high class, safe area even some celebrities already have a house in my area. 🙌🏼😌
I was checking because Leander, cedar park are very different then living Austin. Travis and Williamson county are different as well. I live in Central Austin.

Were moving from Northern Ca to Austin, I just signed a lease for a 1 bd. in North Austin! It was 1,300 maybe we'll check out this complex once we look again in a year!
I work off of mopac, but live in Killeen; for this exact reason.
This is so true! We just moved from austin after staying there 18 years and she is very correct on the price. No matter the location you will pay a minimum of $1500.
I pay $900 for my 2bed 1bath and im in austin it just depends if you want to be close to downtown or not im 15/20mins and not bad at all

Absolutely gorgeous!! I live in Dallas so your rent doesn't sound all that expensive, it sounds about right. We pay more for a 2 bedroom 2.5 bath with attached garage but we love where we live. Anyway, I LOVE how you decorate. 🌻🌿💚

My apartment looks pretty similar, we just moved to southeast Austin and have a 2 bedroom (with a den) and 2 full baths for $1800. The extra space is so great!

@@Itsarmaninykole Oh our prices aren't remotely close to this anymore, that was our lease last year. This year - our renewal just came in last week - and our rent is being increased by $800 a month. It's ridiculous.

Orlando is WAY more humid! Bugs are in both places😣 i still get eaten alive by mosquitoes in TX😡 it looks hotter in texas but its better because its not as humid. You really get used to it!
i am up north in Pflugerville and i pay $1500 mortgage for a 2 story home, 4 bed and 3 full bath and a game room. I would not pay that much for an apartment or something that is not mine. Up north is way better and cheaper.
