The things with downtown is that there is a lot of people without homes (homeless) who hang around there. And sometimes can act erratic or make you feel uncomfortable living there. I personally would take that into account.

My boyfriend and I just got back from Austin yesterday. We went to scope out places to live. I plan to move after the summer 😆. Please show places close to Zilker Park and surrounded by nature. I also keep hearing great things about south Austin but we didn’t get to explore there. I can’t wait to move back to my home state❣️

The housing market is crazy right now. You can barely find something nice for a good price. I am not quite there with my savings and the nice houses are about 20-30 mins out. I definitely want to live closer downtown right now☺️

Yes definitely. I actually live on Riverside where I would say its a bit worse. I think most major cities have people experiencing homelessness.

I am from suburbs of ATL, GA and went to college in Orlando, FL! It took me about a month to get used to it!
