The ending scene between the Forresters and Brooke is posted several times here on RUclips. What I like about this version is that the other scenes leading up to this confrontation are left for us to see as well. I've never seen the argument with Brooke and Ridge before, the few minutes with Sally, nor the very beginning with Eric and Sheila. This is my favorite way to watch old clips like this! Unedited, with the background storylines left in tact for us to see. Thank you!
Connor always had Brooke's back, as did Nick and Whip, yet the love of her life just had to be Ridge, who could never settle for long on one woman, so frustrating to see over the years.
You should see on UK Soaps. It's just as bad. Sharon Mitchell on Eastenders gets involved with One Man after another but she always goes back to Phil Mitchell. On Coronation Street Tracy Barlow always sabotages the relationships with her Daughter's Father named Steve. From the minute they met at School, she's always loved him and never wanted him to be with anyone except her. They are together but they have a "Secret" that could destroy them both.
Yes. Look at The UK Soap Opera EastEnders. Letitia Dean who has been playing Sharon Watts on The Show since it's debut in 1985 at 16 has dated, slept with a lot of men but it's always Phil Mitchell that she loves an wants. He's a recovering Alcoholic, Abuser and the like but she still loves him. Now she's pregnant for his Employee Keanu who is in his early 20's who also got her Stepdaughter Louise Pregnant as well. Robert Gentry is probably next to Nicholas Coster the Actor who has appeared on more soaps than any other Actor.
I need the episode where ridge goes over with the contracts to brooke. Sweet talks her. Acts like he wants her. And she signs the papers without even reading them. Then stephanie comes in and rubsbit in brookes face. It was sweet justice when she realized she signed a copy of the contract and they didn't have the one she signed
"Little upstart Girl from The Valley." Well Sally don't forget Jill Foster Abbott was in a Similar Boat on The Young & The Restless. First as a Manicurist, then as Katherine Chancellor's Companion than an up and coming Executive at Jabot and on his Deathbed she thanked John for helping a girl from the wrong side of the tracks become successful.
@@donmccullen1973 Wrong.! Brooke was merely reminding the Foresters of how dirty they play. She was giving them a taste of their own game.!!!! An eye for an eye.!!!! The Forresters were merely being punished according to the way in which they offended. That simple.! Stephanie deserved everything she got.!
The Golden days of the Bold and Beautiful.Connor was one hot tamale. He and Brooke were so good together.I miss this Brooke, the woman who would let no one trample on her,who told Ridge where to go.
Remember when Brooke was nice and tried everything to get along with Stephanie had no respect for her! Now that Brooke is shrewd they will respect her!
This was Brooke at her best. I think she wanted most to get back at Stephanie, Brooke, and Ridge most of all for not having her back and betraying her with 500 other women. Ridge and Eric were so alike that way. Eric still hasn't changed letting himself be ruled by his pants. Quinn is a reminder of Sheila back in the day. I miss when they had adversaries like Sally, Jackie, and Nick.
I love the way Brooke sticks it to the Forresters. B&B strong suit was business. And the reason Business was the greatest storyline was b/c it was so personal.
That's why folks loved watching The Show. The Business Storylines were always the best. This and Jack Abbott's Takeover of Newman Enterprises to get Jabot back was also heavy.
Another person who "owned" 51% was James William Guercio who helped launch the Career of Chicago. Since there were Seven Guys in The Group each Member from Terry Kath (1943-1978) and Peter Cetera only walked away with only 7% at that time. Since he financed them in the early days, he felt he owned them.
Like everyone else, I see this as B&B at its zenith! Thank you for posting this! What became ultimately of the character of Connor Davis? I keep getting him mixed up with Grant Chambers. I welcome any details!!!!
Grant Chambers was a Designer for Forrester and as brilliant as he was he had to face facts that at Forrester he was The Hired Help. Brooke almost married him but she didn't love him. He got shot and although Ridge went to Prison for it, it was Rick (Then Played By Steve Hartman) as a Little Boy. Connor Davis was a terrific Lawyer who could hold his own with The Forresters. The Actor who played Connor Scott Thompson Baker also won Star Search as Best Actor and also played Colton on General Hospital and Craig Lawson on All My Children.
@@laminage Brooke did marry Grant. She did it to get Ridge away from Taylor, but he didn't leave her. You're right about the Rick shooting. Brooke divorced Grant and he went to work at Spectra Fashions and he and Macy started dating and eventually got married. He died from cancer I believe. As for Connor he got involved with Karen Spencer and one day he disappeared. Every once in awhile he would be there when Brooke needed legal help. They both used each other to get back at Ridge.
Brooke deserved every bit of that 51 percent for all the torment and bullying Stephanie put her through. I like the episode where Brooke takes Stephanie’s office for herself and sends Sheila with moving men to move Stephanie to an office in the basement ….😎😎😎
Can you imagine how bad both John McCook & Kimberlin Brown must feel since they were both Interviewed by Kristoff St. John (Ex-Neil) The Young & The Restless when he did CBS Soapbreak in the 1990's. In The UK, fans were also devastated since The Young & The Restless & The Bold & The Beautiful are also broadcasted there. Kristoff has done so much for African Americans on Soaps. If Billy Dee Williams (Ex-Jim Frazier) on Guiding Light opened the door at a Crack for Blacks in 1966 and Darnell Williams tore the door down as Jesse Hubbard (All My Children) that he played from 1983-2011 on and off, Kristoff carried the torch for the next generation. Lawrence St. Victor (Ex Remy Boudreau) Guiding Light Carter (The Bold & The Beautiful) said "Were it not for Neil, there never would have been a David Grant, Marcus Williams, Remy Boudreau or even Carter.
I don't believe that they had to do that. They should have paid Brooke off and take the hit while developing something better than Belief. In real life, with a lot, of companies that would have happened. They can be down for 1-2 years and bounce back better than ever. Fine if they gave her shares, but not majority. I remember when Stephanie and Eric were talking about this during the Douglas Trust storyline and Stephanie said had she known she wouldn't have done that. Eric is a wonderful designer, but he's not a good business man.
Brooke had all the cards that’s the issue a company I use to work for had something similar happen back in the 90s in which a customer of their infringed on their trade secrets and instead of the customer paying them they got merged since the lawsuit would have broke them
@@theclassicgamer20 I stand by what I said. If Brooke completely had Forrester without Eric, Ridge, and Stephanie just having Belief wouldn't have helped her. Why do you think that when Eric fired Stephanie and she went to work at Jackie M they were doing well while Forrester was flopping. Brooke could have taken it somewhere else and possibly gotten more money than the Forresters were willing to pay her.
Yes, kind of like how Victor Newman "Owned" Jabot that he acquired in a Hostile Takeover when Jack suggested to John his Father to take Jabot Public. He owned it from 1989-1999.
@@greenaxeman25 Oh Okay. He was put on Recurring the last year he played Thorne. He worked just as hard to make Forrester a success but Ridge is always the Golden Boy.
Now a Similar Storyline is taking place on the UK Soap Opera Coronation Street. Aidan Conor who runs The Neighborhood Factory dies after killing himself and in his will he leaves The Company to his Assistant Alya. When Michelle, Aidan's Sister finds out she doesn't tell because she wants her Half Sister Carla to run it. It's going to create an Uproar because they fell that since she's not Family she's not entitled. Also, it's going to be interesting to see a "Woman Of Color" being the Boss and because of The Generation Gap, it's going to do some shaking up.
It was a wrinkle remover. Have an expensive dress laying around that has wrinkles on it? Spray a little BeLieF on it and it will smooth right out. Brooke created the formula. She even named it after her. She threatened to quit Forrester and take her formula with her (to a competitor), which would have bankrupted FC since they had to take out loans to pay for R&D of the BeLieF formula.
@@bratton79 It was more of a treatment to fabric, which made even linens wrinkle-free. It wasn't a product that you would spray on clothing. The fabric that they made Forrester Creations out of, had been treated with Belief, which made them wrinkle-free.
Sheila is so "Hard Headed". What part of the word "No!" do you not understand. If she had been in my Family they would have screamed Bloody Murder on her.
Brooke thought because she got her way with Eric and Ridge. Eric would just agree to it. She's definitely wanted to marry into that family because of 💰 and that's it
Brooke loved Ridge whether he was rich or poor. The fact that after Brooke got FC showed she wasn't motivated by money. Brooke and Stephanie ended up having about the same amount of money.
The good ole days of this show!!!!
I never get tired of this clip.
Go, Brooke!
I don't. Stephanie and the Forrester men got screwed by a middle class whore.
Eric for once had the balls to take on Brooke.
