Just messing about in the summer of 2024 stalking some fish with my 8 foot 4 weight glass rod on my 42nd birthday - great sport at the height of summer!!!
Well done chad , I have lived in Devon for the last 30 years but I was born in Haslemere just up the road .Will try out Frensham next time im in surrey mate .
I tend to use a foam stick on indicator (Orvis do the best on the market) varying the depth 1-4 feet normally - I’m not a big indicator guy however in the height of summer they really are worth having in the tool bag
Hi Chad, is that a SUNRAY glass rod ? …..My normal venue Farmoor Reservoir is closed for C&R due to water temperatures, so I’m looking for a river fed venue as it normally keeps the water temp down, I presume you recommend this fishery ?
That is indeed the sunray California glass rod …. Actually a fun bendy little trout stick …. Frensham is an intimate little Stillwater that I give the thumbs up to and recommend to anyone
