1985 Frankfurt Germany. I was waiting to be shipped to my permanent station when 3 complete strangers picked up a bass, a guitar, and sticks, and did exactly this for about an hour. It was awesome.
That is a very talented young musician.
I designed pro audio equipment, did trade shows like NAMM and AES. We did a lot of live sound gigs,over twenty years in NorCal. It is the only way to learn about audio. Meet a lot of talented people and Mixed Live Shows. This guy has promise.
I love the excitement on Jake's face as he plays. I felt like those two went to a place were they both were playing for the pure love of music.

That was great to watch. Both played so well and it must have been really fun for the younger man to get a chance to perform and show how good he can be. I admire Dovydas not only for his amazing skill in the guitar and with that seemingly small array of equipment, but also his ability to collaborate. Non-music lovers will never understand the epic beauty of freestyle jams. When I hung out with people who played instruments, it almost always ended up being a freestyle jam. This was back before cellphones, so it is quite sad that such epic music only happened once, but at least the joy was effused into the air for a while.
Same here. I played with a friends band in Oahu one summer and the freestyle jams were the most enjoyable part. Sometimes it was hard to end them because they were so fun and we were all in the groove.

Great music can be found in small venues at affordable prices across the country.
We need to get out and support local or unknown acts because they provide so much magic that makes our lives better.
In smaller venues there's no barrier between performer and audience; you can drink and dance and high-five the singer and that's how it should be, not hockey arenas and football stadiums where fans go watch TV.
I love that you let people on stage. You are an amazing person.
