The crowd I see, as the camera pans, is not the 50-60 yr olds sitting there, but rather as the music plays they are suddenly the teenagers they used to be, hair flowing, young tight skin, carefree...top down, warm sun, and the same song blaring from the radio. Transported back to a wonderful place in time we all used to be...the magic of music and memories...I know this because I am 60...I am one. Thank you for the brief trip back to a wonderful youth. Maybe the reason Kayla isn't a headliner was revealed in how quickly she left the stage after her stunning performance - even while her name was being said. She's overly shy and doesn't realize how great she is. Kayla, if you see this, you deserve center stage because you are truly a great performer.

Don't want to burst it for you, but most of these videos have quite a bit of post production/pre-publishing work done to the audios. If you look at the profiles on an analyzer, this becomes pretty apparent.
She's talented, but don't shout out "no auto tune" because it looks like a "random" event. Notice the crowd cuts out and we're just left with the music and her voice, that alone is evidence...

I'm envious of you catching a great Dovydas show, up close , in a spacious, relaxed setting. It didn't surprise me that you also had the greet and meet . He seems so polite, humble, and none of the " professional/ star musician persona" that some become. . When was this? If his Sarasota area is wrecked by" Ian", he may be moving close enough to a venue I could possibly visit. It may be possible that I could be as fortunate as you. Just the tip of a dream in the making.

@@tfriesen3866 -That means nothing. I was a teenager and loved this song. I would have to look up the lyrics as a singer whose song this isn't. Clearly, you are not a professional because if you were, you would know the catalogue of song lyrics you have to know is immense without the random popular song requested. The most important thing is that you performed the song with style and grace, which she did. The other thing to note is that she knows the song better than most people who actually know the words because she is emphasizing key notes and phrasing of the vocal nuances correctly and she is transposing it down properly. All things you obviously don't know anything about or you would have appreciated it enough to understand that specific knowledge trumps knowing the lyrics in this context.
