My Dad was a Marine for 4 years, then an EMT for 2 years, then a Sheriff's Deputy for 3 years, then a CHP officer for 34 years and finally a Deputy US Marshal for 4 years and he said, hands down, he saw the craziest shit as an EMT, and that was in California during the 1960's.

Lady, I don't make up the dumb rules, I just enforce them. If there's 20 spots open, but for some reason they say I can't let you in, that's above my paygrade.
Depends on the academy. GSP (Georgia State Patrol) Trooper Academy in Forsythe is on par with the Army's boot camp, as difficulty goes. One requirement for their drill officers, is former experience as a drill instructor in the Marines or Army.
