How do I smell good with my psoriasis?
I would say make sure you are cleaning your flare up really good. Use a hydrating cleanser on the skin. I love the Dove Sensitive Skin for all over. That can be the body wash or the the bar of soap. Seek out dermatologist too, they maybe able to prescribe something that you can pair with a good routine.

Try using a base soap first to get the skin clean like dove sensitive soap bars, or like a antibacterial soap such as dial or dr. Bronner’s baby soap is good. And then go in with a hydrating body wash in your favorite scent. Doing that allows you to get a chance to put your body wash directly on squeaky clean skin. And if you use a hydrating body wash then the moisture is going directly into your skin because it’s actually clean. Spray your perfumes on bare skin before you put your clothes on because you are actually putting your perfume onto your skin which makes it last longer and it lingers like all day versus it being on your clothes. Laundry detergents are made to make our clothes smell good. Perfume and fragrances are made to make us smell good 😊 ❤️
