Go to a Muslim home or establishment, and you will see a pitcher, bottle or bidet to clean yourself with. We also carry our own in our purses. The hospitals would give these squirt bottles to mothers after child birth to use when going to the restroom after child birth. Lemon juice is my favorite hygiene hack, I use it just like any other full body deodorant. After my main wash, I spray or wipe fresh squeezed juice - not concentrate - in my pits, groin, decollatage, etc. I let it sit for at least a minute, rub it into my skin, then rinse with cool water. In humid areas my sweat is all lemony and my clothes aren't covered in hard working deodorant residue, though it can cause lightening of dark fabrics if not washed immediately.
I don't have to use it everyday as it works suppressing bacteria that causes odor, but it is drying so 2-3 times a week to sensitive areas, with a bed time dose of coconut oil to restore some moisture.

No matter how old or new a home is, wipes are not flushable. It will cause trouble some where down the drain line. Even if its not at your house directly, when you see those city trucks doing work for a few hours and then you don't see it again, sometimes it's for drain lines.

Pit problem! No problem girls. I got yall! First, seek help, go to the dermatologist, they'll typically prescribe drysol (this irritates my skin, dont really use it) and clindamycin topical solution. Basically you are treating your skin for the bacteria that enjoy sweat and to keep you dry. Then switch to an antibacterial soap,I go between dove && dial the gold bar. Then use the Mega Babe detox charcoal bar daily (space bar), I swear this helps keep you dry, and your deoderant lasts longer! Then i use certain dri daily deo AM && lume(tube) together. This has changed my life drastically! I am one of those who got musty no matter what I used or did within 2 hours! Now I'm an RN and can go 12 hrs most times with no odor!

As someone who showers at least twice a day. that's just me my mother was "oh she got milk on her wipe it off" and now I'm 47 and I bathe at least twice a day at least. If you're able to get a shower head that has different options. Turn to stream and rinse it out. A lot of funk is just up there hanging around. if you can rinse yourself out. even if it's with a cup and pour the water in that will help you as well. Try to air dry air drying is the best drying. Also, I can't shave it irritates my skin but my husband did find me a pair of clippers made just for women. I think it's called manspot and I have not had a razor bump yet. I use it most areas where I have hair except for my legs. I use a razor that is not a razor it's hard to explain you just rub it across your legs and it takes off the hair I've got to find the name of it I think every woman should have one. Also, if you take a quick sit bath in peroxide and witch hazel before you're getting in the shower if you're on your cycle and you still have your cycle it will help so much. I do agree with the chafing sticks if you have thick thighs that save lives so many companies make these chafing sticks that you can just rub in between your thighs I also like to use the vagisil odor blocker dry wash on my thighs. Barely any scent but it's just a dry spray that helps soak up any type of moisture that may happen in that area. Teach your young girls early to start wearing panty liners some of us just have a moist vagina and it's nothing to being embarrassed about but having dirty panties is so teach your girls to want to wear a panty liner early My millennium sisters oh my God now they finally want them wear a freaking panty liner at 35 and 37. Ladies if you do have an accident because you're not wearing your panty liner throw the panties away. Don't try to wash them cuz you will never throw them away and they will end up on the floor of someone's home my sister's story😮❤ and I totally agree about the baby wipes I have a small backpack that I just keep in my trunk that has a pair of panties a pair of pant assured a sports bra deodorant soap and I know you're like what did you need all that for. I swear I have helped at events, before the party starts. I'm back sweaty again. Tthat bag is coming and so handy. Try to keep panty liners, tampons and pads in your glove box in your purse somewhere in your car. you need a hideaway spot for just in case.

Surger is a big reason our ph gets out of wack. Also pee and wash after sex I believe this has helped me not have sti's , yeast etc. for my big breasted ladies, putting deodorant with anti perspirant under the breast it helps stop sweating and oder. Next, NEVER DOUCH! NEVER PUT ANY WATER INSIDE YOUR PURSE IT DOESN'T LIKE IT. The outside is fine but not inside it can lead to imbalances and infections.

Last year my mom’s OT recommended to me using coconut oil for reestablishing moisture due to the loss that comes with peri and menopause. It was a game changer! And bonus it’s natural and naturally anti microbial so you can use it all up in there. I was also suffering from a hemorrhoid and it helped so much with it too. If you’re going to use coconut oil a very little bit, like pinky nail size, goes a long way and definitely wear panty liners when using.

The medicine for bv can cause a yeast infection and then the medicine for yeast infection can encourage the bv to re-emerge. Im one of those who are so unfortunate to have had a cycle where one month id have a yeast infection, and then the next id have bv.!! It was the absolute most uncomfortable thing not only physically but emotionally as well. The only way i could get things back to normal and healthy was to take acidophilus evrry day which is a probiotic, along with also watching what i eat- especially my sugar intake- because apparently sugar is what yeast searches for to eat! So the more sugar you put into your system, the more yeast will grow!! And drink as much water as you possibly can, yes ma'am!! The wsy i messed up my flora in my body was because when i was a teen my family dr put me on antibiotics for facial acne and as a teen i didnt understand the consequences of any long term antibiotic use. So that combined with the fact that my family dr was apparently as clueless as i was back then in regard to antibiotics over-use because she perscribed me several different types of antibiotics for facial acne all back to back for 10+ years straight ! No exaggeration either it was literally probably more like 11+ years but yeah. When she #1 shouldve known better as my dr, and #2 she should've sent me to a dermatologist because i had quite problematic-and noticeable cystic acne. Pretty sad a dr would do that to a patient either knowingly or even worse she did it unknowingly!! I still TO THIS DAY have significant problems stemming from the damage she caused to my body. And whats just as messed up is the fact that MDs LNPs and PAs, etc, will still use antibiotics for facial acne as the #1 go-to when a patient has acne care needs ! Which is sooooo alarming to me!! Over use of antibiotics is causing and has caused so many problems in societies on a global scale and has had a hand in problrms with sicknesses and diseases becoming antibiotic resistant, to mutations of sicknesses to create illnesses MRSA, and Covid. Ps a little deodorant somewheres other than your pits will definitely serve its purpose! Just use sparingly !

It has helped so much and she and I both use the men deodorant that I showed you! Sugar, olive oil and salt mixed will work great for a scrub. Also you can use the coffee grounds and coconut oil.

Lovvve these videos! Thank you so much.
Growing up I was taught nothing.I had terrible imbalances in high school (yeast infections) that I was too embarrassed to go to even a doctor about.
I am 28 now and have had 0 issues now that I use ONLY IVORY (and have used other sensitive, non scented soaps) for full body. To smell divine, lol I’ll use a nice Tree Hut scrub after. But nothing down below.

Awe yay so glad!! You are very welcome! I like them too and enjoy making them for you guys! Even though I’ve just started this playlist, lol. I definitely want to be of help to some girl who didn’t have guidance like us because I was in the same boat as you in high school. Using unscented products change the game for me as well. You don’t know what you don’t know right?! We were trying to smell good but hurting ourselves. But now we know.👍🏾🙌🏾🥰 Thanks for weighing in and thank you for watching.🖤

This is great information. Thank you for sharing this information I believe it’s very beneficial for young ladies who don’t have someone to help/teach them how to take care of their bodies. Thank you.

Awe thanks so much!🥰 I definitely think it’s very important for young ladies as well! Not everyone has someone and I definitely would love to be that someone if possible. I remember feeling like or wishing I had someone to help me along the way, so I definitely know how that feels. Thanks so much for commenting, the compliments and for watching!🖤

I'm 44 years old and do not have personal hygiene issues. My lady bits do not have a scent, and my husband has complimented me on many occasions. 😊
    Here's what I do:
    1. Visit my primary care doctor and gynecologist annually.
    2. Only one sex partner (my husband) for many years and I unrinate immediately after sex.
    3. Only unscented feminine body wash with boric acid on my lady bits, and I only use my hand in this area. Wash cloths spreads bacteria.
    4. I use acne wash under my arms, between the cracks of my legs (where the sweat glands are), and along my butt crack focusing on my anus. Acne wash kills bacteria.
    5. I maintain a healthy diet and weight. Sugar and carbs feeds yeast and being overweight/having fat folds makes you sweaty and harbor bacteria.
    6. I don't wear underwear unless I am wearing a dress or a skirt.
    7. I dry wipe with tissue, wet wipe with nonscented baby wipes, and then dry wipe again after a bowel movement.
I know everyone is different, this works for me and I have no complaints..😊
