I'm expecting the video to get copyright claimed which is fine by me since I just really wanted to make this video and the music I used felt the most appropriate for it. Note that the stuff I show in the video isn't just media that I like, it's media that has left an impact on me not just emotionally, but also motivated me to want to continue my passion for art and animation.
Now you might've noticed a lot of the works I'm showing come from the studio, Kyoto Animations. My personal reason for selecting a lot of KyoAni's works is that I truly believe in the quality and passion that they put into their art. I was doing research on a bunch of animation studios in Japan as I was feeling down on how so many animators are being mistreated or easily disregarded in the industry and it can really affect the quality of the shows that they put out. Kyoto Animation stood out to me as a glowing example of what can happen when you actually care for the people behind the art you love, and it allows me to love the art even more. I really recommend looking up them more, and I send my prayers and hopes to the families who lost loved ones to the horrible fire in 2019, I could not understand why KyoAni out of any studio would be targeted.
