Thank you for watching! Summer is here, here is a refreshing dessert🥭 Note: As your choice, you can make it without the layer of mango panna cotta or make more of the portion: You just need to mix 1:1 mango puree and panna cotta base. Adjust the recipe as you like! Depending on how sweet your mango is, you can add more or less sugar in mango puree! Enjoy!😉
I just made it last night to eat as dessert next day, and I’ll tell you this turned out amazingly refreshing and perfect balance of sugar , tang, and milk . ❤❤❤ she never fail to give awesome recipes.
You had me at “ mango”….LOL . Anything with mango in it is worthy of learning how to make! We are in winter now, so THIS recipe is going to on my summer dinner table next year. For sure , my family is going to go wild with this dessert . I can’t believe how much my son pays to have this at restaurants . Now , he can pay me ! Hehehe You’re an excellent teacher , you make me believe I can do this …. Your videos are clear and your content includes sooo many tips and tricks to create perfection. I have just found your channel and all of your recipes look delicious and you explain and demonstrate everything so well! Could you please tell me if it is only 1 sheet of gelatine in this recipe? That is how the recipe reads but when you took it out of the water it looks to be more than one sheet? Thank you Sheena 🇬🇧

Delicious 😋 thank you for sharing...can you show me your way of making a baked cheesecake,I'm so intermediated by making a baked one I don't want it to flop
Yes, you can use gelatin powder ! I used gelatin with 230 bloom. Check the package and see if it says the amount of bloom( it is a strength of gelatin. If the number is higher, it means it has more power to harden liquids with less amount.) if it doesn’t say, I recommend you to try making one time and see if you need to add more or less next time🙏🏻
Yes! Use the same amount and see if you need to adjust next time. Oftentimes, you'll need to mix gelatin powder in cold water (oftentimes 4-5 times amount) for about 5-10 mins. I think you'll find the direction in the package!
The recipe has too much sugar!! Everything else is good but just too much sugar added! I checked other people’s recipes and they put half to 1/3 of the sugar this recipe suggests. It’s way too sweet to eat even just for a few spoonfuls. I highly recommend you adjust your sugar amount in this recipe please!
Thank you for the suggestion. The sugar content for the panna cotta is about 1/10 of the whole content which is not overly sweet to the point we can’t eat more than a few spoonfuls, at least at where I grew up with. But of course, It’s a personal preference, I’m sorry it was not right for you…🙏🏻 Thank you for your feedback!

Hi Aya! I would love to try this recipe but can I use gelatin powder instead? And how much should I use? Thanks

Can i use powder gelatin instead of gelatin sheet? And if i can how much should i use?

Oops - soo Yummy!

You are the best thax❤
Thank you!
Hi i have gelatin powder blooming 200 how can make your recipe by your blooming thank you
It’s only 30 bloom difference, so you could try with the same amount especially if you like soft panna cotta. Or you can add just slightly more.
Look yummy! 💫
Thank you!
I’ll try making it, and see what happens. Ill be back! I gave you a like and a subscribe. You did a great job on this video.
Thank you😊🧡 hope you’ll enjoy it!

THERE IS NO MILK IN THE PANNA COTTA. BULL.... RECIPE
Why? Tell me why would you make add whole milk to a panna cotta? Panna cotta means cook cream so why add milk to it and ruin a delicious dessert?.
