I don't hit the snooze, make up my bed every morning, go to sleep every night at the same time and exercise 3-4 times a week before work in the morning. Most these habits were created while I was in the Navy and I just adopted them for a standard way of life after I retired. All of what you said becomes muscle memory after you get into habit of doing them daily. Keep doing outstanding work and I will definitely keep on watching good Sir!!!

Great advice..I workout 4-5 times a week and drink water as soon as I get up. Making the bed is a must as soon as I roll out..for one, i have to keep my space tidy and organized. A made bed is like a closed door in a sense..you can't get back in until it's time lol. I also try to read some positive thoughts and the biggest thing, I thank God, the creator or whoever for even granting me another day to wake up.

One bad habit I would definitely advise anyone to do is to not turn on the television in the morning. You don't want to be distracted by everything you see on TV first thing in the morning. Use mornings for silent time to keep your mind clear as you begin your day. If anything listen to some nice calm sounding music.

Don't watch TV or use phone in morning immediately. Give it time before. 5. Refuse a carb solo breakfast. Mix it with protein based foods also. 6. Have a cold shower to some extent. 7. Use a multivatimin in the morning. 8. Plan your day to some extent. Don't have a zero priority day. 9. Don't start your day in a rush/confusion. 10. Make your bed daily. Or, clean up your room for the morning. 11. Don't complain first thing in morning. Begin with positive stuff in the day.

I definitely don't like being in a rush. If I have to be there at 7am I'm up at 5am. Gotta make my coffee, read, stretch, scratch my scalp whatever. Most people aren't morning people so I've learned to not come in at 7am singing and whistling the "Andy Griffith" theme song. It pisses people off😂🤷🏾♂️

That’s good, but drink warm water first, trust me. That warm water is gonna jump start your digestive system and get things moving, then drink that 16 oz of water.
@Barron Yes, room temp water is fine too, my brother, but that warm water, by itself or with lemon or lime juice is much better because it’s gonna aid your digestion by breaking the food faster. Every morning drink a cup of warm water, then I drink 33.8 oz bottle of water, use the bathroom, then I make fruit smoothie with mix berries, a half banana, seamoss & chia seeds. I’m set after that for the next 5 hours or so, no hungry or carvings.
I set my alarm to start soft and increase volume so I don't get a loud jolt to wake me. Plus I use as little light as possible to start my day. Dimmer switch in bathroom or low light. Don't overstimulate senses when I first wake up.
FACTS OG! I'd like to add, and some do not wanna hear this, but leave that vagina alone in the morning if you need to be productive that day. Hell yeah it feels good, but we all know what happens after climax - most times all motivation will bottom out. Lots of studies on this.
