    I would add also if you don’t want to wake up in a rush. Have your lunched packed and your clothes nice and ready the night before. Also remember to brush your teeth!!

    Pray, abundance affirmation, several vitamins, 300 situps(6 different types/50 each), luke warm shower with upbeat music.
    I need to work on checking emails/social media first thing.

    All great tips. I do a few of these already, because you can feel they make you more productive. I make my bed, express gratitude, and plan my day. These three alone get me focused and ready to go. I need to work on the snooze button one, you're totally right, it interrupts your sleep a lot more. Good stuff Jeff 👌

    Lol, you are on the money with these habits. I drink a 16oz or 12oz every morning with my vitamins (I would suggest you check with your doctor and do research before taking any supplements). I don't hit the snooze, make up my bed every morning, go to sleep every night at the same time and exercise 3-4 times a week before work in the morning. Most these habits were created while I was in the Navy and I just adopted them for a standard way of life after I retired. All of what you said becomes muscle memory after you get into habit of doing them daily. Keep doing outstanding work and I will definitely keep on watching good Sir!!!

    Would like to see a video more indepth about relationships especially when to walk way from a meaningless one or dealing with disappointment and heartbreak. How do you know when a person is meant for you etc....

    OG this one is up there with the classics.
    Here’s 3 of mine when I’m being more productive in general:
    Walk to the other side of the room.
    Because that’s where the alarm clock should be
    Be in the bathroom quickly
    Because the metabolic waste is brushed/washed away/disposed of right away. Fresh and clean is a better start.
    Music is going.

    I get up at 5 .toilet brush my teeth wash then stretch for 15 mins an a couple chin ups .cup of tea an porridge.an look out the window before leaving for work at 7

    I agree with you 100% great job but the first thing you should do when you first wake up after going to the bathroom is say your prayers and thank God for opening your eyes to see another day if your eyes don't open none of this is necessary but great job Jeff you definitely hit all positive points

    Style OG, Great tips. I’m not a hot shower guy at all. I like to plan my week. So I pick out my gear for the week. I do all of my ironing of shirts and pants on Sunday. One Less thing to do in the morning. Salute to the family.

    Great advice..I workout 4-5 times a week and drink water as soon as I get up. Making the bed is a must as soon as I roll out..for one, i have to keep my space tidy and organized. A made bed is like a closed door in a sense..you can't get back in until it's time lol. I also try to read some positive thoughts and the biggest thing, I thank God, the creator or whoever for even granting me another day to wake up.

    One bad habit I would definitely advise anyone to do is to not turn on the television in the morning. You don't want to be distracted by everything you see on TV first thing in the morning. Use mornings for silent time to keep your mind clear as you begin your day. If anything listen to some nice calm sounding music.

      Try getting a separate alarm clock. I find that looking at my notifications are just automatic when I turn off my alarm on the phone.

    1. Stop snooze button. Get up when alarm goes.
    2. Drink a glass of water on waking. Have a water before your coffee.
    3. Do some exercise in morning, or, at least some movement.
    4. Don't watch TV or use phone in morning immediately. Give it time before.
    5. Refuse a carb solo breakfast. Mix it with protein based foods also.
    6. Have a cold shower to some extent.
    7. Use a multivatimin in the morning.
    8. Plan your day to some extent. Don't have a zero priority day.
    9. Don't start your day in a rush/confusion.
    10. Make your bed daily. Or, clean up your room for the morning.
    11. Don't complain first thing in morning. Begin with positive stuff in the day.

    100% accurate. I start the day off with water with a mix of Maca Powder and cardio exercise. It's an excellent return on productivity for the day. Finally, before heading out into the world, take one more look at yourself in the mirror. 🥂🤝🏾

    Style OG...... Salute.... on point again...only thing I can recommend Tai Chi Stretching. A friend of mine just returned from Korea and has been teaching me after weight training. So in my morning routine it's Stretching, pushups and bed making

    I definitely don't like being in a rush. If I have to be there at 7am I'm up at 5am. Gotta make my coffee, read, stretch, scratch my scalp whatever.
    Most people aren't morning people so I've learned to not come in at 7am singing and whistling the "Andy Griffith" theme song. It pisses people off😂🤷🏾‍♂️

      That’s good, but drink warm water first, trust me. That warm water is gonna jump start your digestive system and get things moving, then drink that 16 oz of water.

      @Barron Yes, room temp water is fine too, my brother, but that warm water, by itself or with lemon or lime juice is much better because it’s gonna aid your digestion by breaking the food faster. Every morning drink a cup of warm water, then I drink 33.8 oz bottle of water, use the bathroom, then I make fruit smoothie with mix berries, a half banana, seamoss & chia seeds. I’m set after that for the next 5 hours or so, no hungry or carvings.

    I set my alarm to start soft and increase volume so I don't get a loud jolt to wake me. Plus I use as little light as possible to start my day. Dimmer switch in bathroom or low light. Don't overstimulate senses when I first wake up.

    FACTS OG! I'd like to add, and some do not wanna hear this, but leave that vagina alone in the morning if you need to be productive that day. Hell yeah it feels good, but we all know what happens after climax - most times all motivation will bottom out. Lots of studies on this.
