You can call on the call center number... they have a very good service i had a personal experience on that .... if any thing get damaged you need to call cal center they if it is within warranty it will be repaired free ... they book a Courier service All you need to do is take printout and send it in the same box it came it will be sent to bombay and everything will be repaired n sent in a after a week ... I experienced this my self...

Can we make subji like we make it in our kadai (first heat the oil then jeera and masala...etc). What mode should we keep. One more question : can we boil milk by opening the lid?
Yes u can make good sabji in this just like kadai one and if you are working or u like slow cooked sabji then u can set the time on slow cook and leave it time has to be as per the thickness and hardness of sabji which u will be able to analyse as u keep cooking
Do you have to remove cover of float valve? I removed it and it's spilling all over. The manual says to remove it but then the valve keeps falling if iopen.

Hello ) How much time does it take to preheat usually !! we observed that it takes above 20 mins to preheat before starting actual time for rice ,multi grain n all...?
It may take 5 minutes not more than take make sure u wipe the vessel from the bottom cause there should not be any water on the lower part of the vessel or it might take a bit longer
@@zaynm1654 you can call the service center and tell them .... they might solve this ..... cause mine once stopped working als the water went in the lover coil so they repaired well the service was good. But we hv to send it to Mumbai like it is all done by them however due to this covid situation I m not sure

I do idli batter chicken biriyani I steam veggies also steam idiyappam flour there is a max limit of howmuch you can do in it.... mine is 6 liters .... my parents have mealthy .... They too facing issues ... If you are in an individual house check for voltage.... generally these equipments will designed as per huge appartments which have power backup 24by7 thats what my mom is saying... But then you can check on these points as well

There is steam option ... water idili patr will fit in 6 litters ... I am using it a lots on slow cook mode ... to slow cook vegetables... and sometimes non veg also using it to make soups or tomatoes pure and broth ... abhi to isme master ho gaye... this is too good ... If u are non veg you can try slow cooking chicken for 4 hours I have tried it comes out good

Why didn't you left rice for whole minutes by default?
As per my experience it gets cooked in that time and it will not get dry if kept longer I don’t like it dry
