    Suppose the theory with the furnace pots is that you overcharge them - like overheating an actual furnace?
    Reminder to everyone to use a Flamedrake Talisman. A +3 version is found in the Fort of Reprimand, near cages.

    Using the heavy furnace pots are a bit more effective since they deal 25%. Although you need rarer crafting reagents so it's a trade off I guess

      Great tip, though the materials are definitely harder to get (and the Recipe is easy to miss!) Is there a way to infinitely farm the Furnace Visages?

    Just found out the gravesite furnace golem is easily staggered with flame night sword blue beam

    I use a twinblade sometimes, and it wrecks these guys. You can stay on Torrent, heavy attack a leg which does several hits, then jump over the stomp really easily. Got that first golem down in a couple minutes. Highly recommend multi hit heavies. Comes in useful later too, during a specific friend on the way to the top of Jagged Peak…

    I used the mount the entire time during the fight. It is much easier to avoid the double jump attack this way, and you only need to wait for the critical attack, when he falls, anyway. You can use the destined death abilities, like the black blade spell, to remove the first 10% of the health bar, but in my opinion, it doesn't make a difference.

      That makes sense, personally I struggle to control torrent so I tend to avoid mounted combat unless I have to.

    Are they immune to frostbite? I do have ana arcane build on bosses rhat does poison, rot, frostbite and bleed.

      I didn't check frostbite tbh, despite being an arcane build I don't use it too often.

    I hate that i used my hefty pots and now the armoured ones are just unkillable unless i respec, just makes the game difficult for the sake of difficult, why tf cant i just purchase a hefty pot lmao why fromsoft why

      Hefty pots are reusable. Just throw the pots you've made and you get back your hefty pots!

      @@mugget1718 Oh. So is it the case that your total is based on what you've collected. So if I collect 6, make 6 furnace pots, use them, I'll have 6 again?

    • @Tenkiei
      @Tenkiei  2 месяца назад +1

      Correct. The pots act as a total, this is why I had to craft mid combat, my limit was 4 and I needed 6 to kill the golem.

      @Tenkiei sweet thank you. I have had a very weird experience with the DLC where I have Scadutree fragments grinded, but only killed one main boss. So am going back and clearing up areas now as I want to more fully complete some areas - most bosses and dungeons on list, including these guys!

    I haven't beaten the armored furnace golems. I refuse to use crafting and I can't be arsed to upgrade a bow.
