Everyone’s pie crust looks like an amoeba! That’s just how it is. 😁 Pizza, on the other hand, is different. You really need to use your fingertips and knuckles for pizzas. No rolling pins required. I can make a perfectly round pizza crust in under two minutes using just my 🙌🏻. You don’t even need to toss the dough. That’s just for show. If you ever decide to accept my challenge to learn to make hand stretched pizza crusts, let me know and I’ll find a short video on the technique I use. Finally, your sons still want mullets!!! 😎 Awesome video!!! 🥧

Like the idea of putting flour in with the sugars and cinnamon. And the sugar on top is a very nice touch.

That foil idea is brilliant. I've always done the strips and tried to put them around the edge but usually mess up the crimping.

Get an apple corer peeler, it makes it so much easier to make apple pie.

Will the baking time need to be adjusted if I use diced apples?
It would likely change just due to the shape of the apples. How long it takes is going to depend on the size of your cubes. 😊

Red delicious seem to be ' discontinued' they were all show with no substance, worse apples ever
