You’re still able to go for a walk / exercise outside with 1 person from another household (with social distancing) so could still go for a walk with Jack!
Hi Lucy, it is not in my nature to leave a comment on a RUclips video. In fact I think I've only reacted on two or three video's ever. I always feel like my words are insignificant, or they will be buried underneath all the other comments. Anyway, I've watched your video yesterday and on my state mandated walk around my block I was thinking about how much I enjoyed it, even though you didn't do anything groundbreaking or spectacular. There's comfort in seeing someone like me going about their day and I'm not quite sure how or why, but it keeps me motivated. I hope you will continue making these video's, especially during lockdown times. There's only a few RUclipsrs that are still relatable to me and you're definitely one of them. Thank you for making my day!
I'm not one of your most vocal subscribers (even though I've been watching you since the meowitslucydays 😂) But I just wanted to let you know how refreshing and relatable I find your content. I've been growing so disillusioned with influencer content over the years but your content has stayed grounded and you live a life I feel I can relate to as a 20 something living in London, which is so important. I just wanted to say thank you for the videos you've been putting out recently, because they're so appreciated!💞
lucy do people from your past/school/uni ever contact you about your online content? are you ever nervous for people who used to be important to you to see stuff?? sorry just genuinely curious!! lovely vid btw
Love love loving your content at the moment Lucy. So relatable, so real with lovely chill vibes. Hope you’re feeling better about lockdown now. We’re exactly half way through this Wednesday!💜
I've just had to come back from my year abroad (which I'm super grateful to have even been able to do anything of!) and I'm trying to work out how to continue/emulate it as much as possible here in England to the greatest effect. This is such a weird period and everything feels so surreal, but it's comforting to know that we're all, in our own ways, trying to navigate this together. 🌟
I came home early from living abroad in March, and it is so so hard, sending you so much love and compassion in this adjustment and I hope you (and all of us really) have the chance to try again when things stabilize safely
This vid came at the perfect time for me! I’ve been watching old 168 hours for pure vibes. Also you encourage me to up my style game even when I’m wfh... thanks for the good vibes you put out Lucy! I hope they come back to you multiplied
Thank you for this video, Lucy! It was so calming and refreshing... and really made me feel at ease seeing someone else unsure about this lockdown but actually doing pretty damn well??? I’m back to shielding and it’s tough. So I’m persevering and hopefully I won’t feel too shattered/broken at the end!
Just want to tell you that I really enjoy your videos, Lucy. I have exams coming up and the stress level is really high, but watching and rewatching your videos makes me v v calm. So thank you! Sending lots of love from India❤️🌻
Really enjoying your vlogs at the moment! They're so relaxing to watch. Also, the first period I had after coming off the pill was the WORST. But it's not as awful now :)
I'm watching this while making my bed, putting away clothes, etc. Thank you for helping me find the headspace to tidy and organise and practice some good sleep hygiene!
These vlogs make me want to move to the UK and live there with a friend - don't know why, maybe because I live alone and miss someone around during lockdown. Anyways love your content at the moment 🧡
I know this is weird but I am SO jealous of countries that are in lockdown rn... I live in the U.S. and there are 100,000 new cases a day. 4 people that I personally know currently have COVID and our country is doing absolutely nothing about it. Even Joe Biden says he doesn't support another lockdown. My school is sheltering in place, businesses are closing down, people are sick, and the government isn't doing anything about it. And even if they did people probably wouldn't listen because even simple things like wearing masks has become so politicized.
hi lucy! I absolutely adore your videos, they always put me in such a calm and cozy mood. I've already added some of your old vids to my 'watch later' so I can watch them tomorrow :) I was wondering, these instagram and youtube master classes sounded so interesting, I'd be so curious on what advice they give!! are these available anywhere or are they only for bigger content creators? best wishes xx
Lucy I was just wondering whether you would ever do a Masters in marketing or business. I could really see you doing something like that as you seem very intelligent from your old uni vlogs xx
I had to say goodbye to my boyfriend for a month whilst lockdown is going down too. Honestly, I feel your pain. It sucks SO much. We're just trying to call every day and make the most of our time whilst we can't see each other - like getting uni work done and working overtime and stuff. But yeah, it sucks. Least it will end soon, though!
Watching this while stuck in bed with my first stomach bug as an adult. Anyone have any tips on caretaking of self besides binge watching Lucy Moon videos?
Anna Vogt lots of ginger ale and/or lemon-ginger tea! activated charcoal tablets are helpful for quickly sucking out any "badness" in your system as well, but be careful with those as they can also suck out any other meds you may be taking like painkillers, birth control, etc.
flat lemonade or coke(warm in a pan) flat and warm it doesn’t upset your stomach. Not diet versions you need the sugar and ice lolly’s are great when your thirsty but don’t feel like you can drink much. Hope you feel better soon x
Lockdown felt so much harder this second time around. Idk if it's bc I'm in Liverpool so it's seemed really long, or if it's cos it's just been my mum's birthday and I wasn't able to be home for her, or if it's cos I know I'll.be home for Christmas and that seems SO far away. Or maybe it's cos we've heard "it'll only be a month" before and bozza is probably going to ruin Christmas. (And new years. And Valentine's day. Etc.) Idk I'm both apathetic and sympathetic to it. I care about people's lives and such but I'm also seeing people out and about, and on my door step there was an anti mask protest. In Liverpool. Where the high street has died and lots of people have lost their jobs. Wow. Upstairs went OFF out the window at them. Like I care and follow guidelines, but I literally cannot comprehend what's happening on the NHS front lines, I can't imagine how many thousands of people and families have died bc of a virus. I guess it's like you read about how many people died in the wars and it's not until you go to mass graves that you realise HOW many people that actually is. It hit me in Septemeber how bloody weird this year has been. Idk like I feel like I aged this year, like I went from kinda carefree 22 to 25 with too much going on overnight. I guess all I can really focus on now is that in a few years we'll be sat with our friends somewhere and go "Omg do you remember how weird 2020 was? I wish we could work from home like that again, I miss my PJs." I'm trying to be positive and focus on what I can control, but really I'm mentally exhausted from it all. I guess at least it's brought mental health to the foreground, at least that's progressing if nothing else can.
Just wanted to say , I found out about Skating Polly recently and the lead vocalist's face reminds me of you lol mainly older music videos, to older versions of yourself
I just got to the bit where you explained the period pain as 'what kind of fuckery is this' and I just couldn't help the snort-laugh, sorry 😂Because, SAME. Before I went on the pill I had periods where I couldn't get out of my bed from the pain, or worse, when I was at my office and had to pretend like I was just fine but felt like screaming and curling into a ball from the pain. So, really, best description I've heard lately of period pain.
Fireworks in Corona-Times should really not be allowed. Hospitals are already extremly busy and having hunderts of people injured by fireworks could be way too much for them to handle
It's freaking me out that people do not wear face masks out and about 😲 like I understand the situation when you are in the park and literally no one is passing you. But the clip from the walk... Gave me a bit of anxiety. I would be gone from this street in seconds! Sidenote : I do think that I've developed some kind of public anxiety becose of covid... Anyone else?
In the UK we’ve been told not to wear masks unless it’s indoors and we can’t socially distance, the government has said we don’t need to wear them outside... not saying I agree but the transmission rates are super low outside
Hiya, could you clarify something. You said at the start it was your last time seeing jack for a while. I was under impression that you already couldn't see anyone unless they were living alone and formed a bubble with you? I haven't been able to see my bf since we went into tier 2 and just confused maybe i didn't understand the rules correctly and could have seen him. Apologies if this comes off as rude just am unsure, why would you be avoiding him now if you were seeing him before as the rules havent changed
Hello! The tiers were different in different areas of the country so Lucy’s tier must have been tier 1 meaning she could still meet people inside. The one your area was in, Tier 2, you could meet up with up to 6 people outside from different households, just not inside unless it’s your household or support bubble. The new National Lockdown that is it place from 5th November - 2nd December is a bit tighter than Tier 2 restrictions, however you can still meet outside with one person from a different household. You’re not really meant to travel unless it’s an essential journey but if you and your boyfriend live nearby you could meet for a walk outside :) If you need more info just look on the gov.uk website, they explain it quite well! xo
@@elliscoopermurray hi yes Lucy lives in London tho just like me so we both were in tier 2 and yet seemed as if she met up with her boyfriend inside while I didn't as mine lives with others and I was under impression so did hers but I am probably wrong. Thanks for clarifying anyway
It’s a commemorative day in UK on the 5th of November to remember an attempt by a guy called Guy Fawkes to blow up the King and Parliament with explosives (he failed and was hanged). There are often fireworks and people have big bonfires so it’s more just like a nice beginning of winter celebration.
At a time when we can't hang out with our friends in person, it's a welcome distraction just hanging about at home listening to you chat about your life and how you're keeping it together.
lucy do people from your past/school/uni ever contact you about your online content? are you ever nervous for people who used to be important to you to see stuff?? sorry just genuinely curious!! lovely vid btw
"I got sad about lockdown so I bought *insert item here*" is honestly the most relatable thing! Made me chuckle
You’re still able to go for a walk / exercise outside with 1 person from another household (with social distancing) so could still go for a walk with Jack!
I really needed this today, feeling a bit low and stuck in life and needed a feel good distraction. Always find your vlogs comforting.

Hi Lucy, I’ve just come off my pill as well. Would be so great to hear your reasons why? Thoughts about it? How that’s been going? Thank you x
Loving these chill vlogs and their honesty.
Really loved the outdoor shots/b-roll you included here!

Literally same. I wish America would take this more seriously
You make me happy
This video has both made me very happy and very sad... I love love love your vlogs Lucy 💖
This so calming. Also, love little mix :)
Such a cosy video :) Also, love the desk!
"I was sad about lockdown so I bought myself a new body butter" 😂 same honestly 😂
I literally just bought that same exact desk at IKEA the other day! I have it in my bedroom as well and it's the perfect size

Also your glossier sweatshirt is so cute! Would you recommend sizing up for a more oversized fit?
Absolutely not, they’re oversized! I made the mistake of ordering 2XL and it comes to my knees. I’m 5’7”
