I am the same way. I recently used the blow dryer brush on low heat setting 3 months ago and my hair didn't get as straight as in the blow out, you supposed to get as straight as possible in order to flat iron it. I am going to try it again since my hair is going to be a little longer. I am going to set the blow dryer on low heat and when I see it almost dry then set it on high heat to get as straight as possible then used the cool setting to set the hair and see if that helps instead of just sticking with the low heat setting like I saw people on youtube was doing.

You should deep condition every time you straighten. Frizz means your hair is still dry, and when it reverts there is too much moisture. Use a small amount of argan or almond oil after straightening if it's still frizzy.
lord i pray when i try this it actually flat irons because my natural hair is just like yours and i can’t get it to stay straight for nothing 😭😭 but i guess with the right shampoo and products it should so i am about to try this

This past weekend I was on take 2 in attempting to flat iron my hair after a blow out. It was super crispy and frizzy the next day like I didn’t even flat iron my hair. Idk what to do. I will be in take 3 this weekend again. All my products are from Cantu. I am so disappointed but I will try again.
I use Silk Elements Shampoo and Conditioner on my hair and then for the heat, I bought Silk Elements Heat Protection Creme. Would that help my hair when it comes time to flat iron it??

Legally Afro the key is a GOOD blow dry and using a Great flat iron using a good temp for your hair . Also small sections & trim away dead/split ends!

@@indigo2go always shampoo twice before a silk press the use conditioner. Make sure nothing is left in your hair. It has to be squeaky clean.
