Good thing they covered the ac units. Ive worked in the ac industry and the roofers flippen coated all panels and clogged the drains

How does this type of material drain the water from a roof?? Worried just have water puddles all over the roof. Sitting there until evaporates
Small company came to my town and sprayed this crap all over. Maybe it was bad install but when you tear into it and it's full of water, I say crap. I have to do 3 times as much work to get it off, repaired, and coated with something better. And yes you're right, just sits in puddles until it dries up and leaves stains everywhere it puddles. Just a matter of time before it stretches and cracks and becomes a leak.
Its a flat roof how does a flat roof drain?

@@rhinomite5203 that’s a bad install then mate, it shouldn’t permeate the spray membrane and all pin holes should be dealt with before final coating. On flat roofs there should be outlets for when the rain water level rises to high and gradients in the pitch to help that. Mostly though these kind of flat roof constructions are supposed to allow the water to evaporate naturally which is helped by the heat these membranes can absorb and kick out from the sun.
What is estimate cost of doing such a roof job

My cousin had a company that done this down in Denton Texas many years ago he ran that company for 5 years and he made a killing in in money stuffs a good product and as far as having to be licensed chemical reasons and safety reasons but I worked alongside and there ain't jackshit to this I mean it's pretty much simple and the stuff works I mean we had hardly any kind of failures he offered to sell me the company and I wish. It took him up on it now I'm sitting at 60 years old broke down pouring tape working in factories
