XD_Coslow7 He was trying to keep his teammate in the endzone and kneel so it would be a touchback. It was a smart idea, but the DB was being retarded and it failed.
Justin It would've been a smart idea to keep it in the endzone. What was not a smart idea was tackling his own teammate to make sure that happened. If he had let him go, it would've been fine too. Less yards, maybe, but no big deal. Not to mention how it looks to tackle your own teammate. The DB was a little dumb, the one that thought it would be a good idea to tackle him went big dumb.
nugget Well no, he was trying to tell him to stay in the endzone, and when the DB wouldn’t listen, he tackled him. It just happened to be too late because a linebacker is naturally slower than a DB.
Justin That's exactly what I just said, that he wanted him to keep it in the endzone. I'm saying you do not tackle your teammate to make that happen. If he's going to run it out, it's probably not smart, but let it go. You don't tackle your teammate.

6 for the receiving TD 4 for the Passing TD, 0.3 for the rec Yards, 0.12 for the Passing Yards and maybe something for the reception let’s say you play half ppr so another 0.5 =10.92
6:45 As a lifelong Eagles fan, I had actually force forgotten the Jurevicius play, but I remembered VIVIDLY the emotion as I sat and had to admit what an amazingly athletic play that was back then as the Bucs always seemed to have our number. I believe that was one of the NFC Champ games we played.
And 8:47 I remember this play too! So many embarrassing gaffs in the past, but at least we finally got the Title against the Pats, no less!

That punt return by the rams against the saints is a great example of how rules change over time. Nowadays, the minute that ball hits in the end zone, it's a touchback.
Cousins kneeling instead of spiking the ball was quite annoying.

(I say as a Bills fan. Of course.) And the next play is a punt where... actually, I wonder about the rules now, maybe you CAN still do that in the pros, though it's a dead ball in high school.

No, that doesn't work anymore. It immediately is a Toucback once the ball enters the endzone and noone cathces it. Back then it had to at least touch the back endline to be blown dead.

Why are the rams in every clip
