My list from weakest to Best Heisei films: 7. Godzilla vs Space Godzilla, the weakest Heisei film that may have an awesome Space Godzilla design (which kinda used the Super Godzilla design from the SNES game), but the reason M.o.g.u.e.r.a is made because the fight would be short which Mechagodzilla like almost killed Godzilla. But the film does feelt like a tired film (Little Godzilla suit isn't the worst and is cute, have you seen Minillas,) 6. Godzilla vs Mothra; Battle for Earth, neat film which wasn't supposed to be a Godzilla film, but did made lots of money, but the aerial fight between Mothra and Battra is the best. 5. Godzilla vs Mechagodzilla 2, a good film but the main character is a pain in the ass, but does have Godzilla appear at the beginning, the middle and the end which has fights 4. The Return of Godzilla, Not including the 1985. The face on Godzilla in that film ain't that bad but it's weird, and they didn't made the Russians the bad guys, like the characters but I love the ending and the end music 3. Godzilla vs King Ghidorah, a time travel plot which is original for Godzilla franchise (which is the origin of the Heisei Godzilla, the 2nd Godzilla), and love how they ripped off Terminator (also, they didn't rip off Jurassic Park because that film wasn't released till 2 years later in 1993, and this film is from 1991) 2. Godzilla vs Biollante, love Biollante because she was the first who was related to Godzilla cosider she were a cross of a rose and G-cells, the fight is a bit short but messy, and love the theme. 1. Godzilla vs Destroyah, an emotional and an amazing ending to finish the series, and a farewell to the characters we know and love. That's my Heisei list.
I like your list the only thing I would change is by switching Godzilla vs king ghidorah and Godzilla vs spacegodzilla other than that I agree with your list

Reason on why Moguera was there instead of MechaGodzilla was because Toho didnt want to have too many Godzilla look-a-likes in Godzilla vs SpaceGodzilla, that movie was made after the events of Godzilla vs MechaGodzilla II, and since MechaGodzilla was destroyed (Spoilers) it made sense to use a different mech from his metal

I personally liked Godzilla's Revenge, I liked it more than the Heisei series (except Biollante, that movie is near perfect.) It was just a fun movie overall. So I would recommend watching it.
@@gojistopmotionguy8171 ok that was a bit of an overexageration but I still liked it more than Vs. Destoroyah and a few more. It wasnt even bad. And it was fun. Heisei istn really entertaining as the fights are outright horrible. I always sleep when they happen. But the human plots are always pretty decent. But Godzilla's Revenge both had decent characters and good monster fights, the perfect mix of the two. But thats just my opinion.

He said that what brung down Godzilla vs mothra for him was that he wished that they hadn’t repeated so much from the Showa series. But then when he gets to return of Godzilla, he says he wished that they made it more like the original. Again, not a hater, just noticed that it didn’t really make sense

I personally liked Godzilla's Revenge, I liked it more than the Heisei series (except Biollante, that movie is near perfect.) It was just a fun movie overall. So I would recommend watching it.

@@gojistopmotionguy8171 ok that was a bit of an overexageration but I still liked it more than Vs. Destoroyah and a few more. It wasnt even bad. And it was fun. Heisei istn really entertaining as the fights are outright horrible. I always sleep when they happen. But the human plots are always pretty decent. But Godzilla's Revenge both had decent characters and good monster fights, the perfect mix of the two. But thats just my opinion.

He said that what brung down Godzilla vs mothra for him was that he wished that they hadn’t repeated so much from the Showa series. But then when he gets to return of Godzilla, he says he wished that they made it more like the original. Again, not a hater, just noticed that it didn’t really make sense
