Not at all I believe you can email the company that handles their sign ups or go through the menu somehow it was pretty easy to cancel when I tested it.
What company would that be? I tried going through Apple with no success. I tried going through everything on the app. You should be able to go into your account on an app, find the subscription and cancel it. It should not be this difficult. There are a lot of people complaining about it. If you have actually tested it, maybe you could give me some actual steps to do on the app. You sound a little vague in your response.
@@jennielending1890 Oh, I'm sorry I misunderstood your question! I thought you were asking for general information. From my search today, I see the frustration you are experiencing within the app. Here's the email method I used. I hope it works for you! Find the most recent "your verb direct receipt" email. Reply to that receipt email asking them to cancel your subscription. As far as I can tell it was a real person talking to me because we had a conversation. You can also come back to that conversation if you have anymore need to reach them. Another option is to email support@verb.tech with whatever context you believe will be enough to get your point across. Good luck!
What a neat app. Thanks for sharing. Just subscribed. I also have a channel mainly about homeschooling and happy to connect here.
It is very difficult to cancel your subscription for this app. Do you have any suggestions?
