    I just got mine, 7/30/22. within 5 minutes of mowing my belt jumped off. Now I'm fixing a $2,700 dollar mower. Not sure what happened here. I put the belt back on and mowed all kinds of nasty stuff for four hours without a problem. Maybe some initial quality issue but it's cut my mowing time in half over my 6' brush hog.

      I need to know how to change the belt please and deal with the tension

      @@cristibannister5426 If you can’t figure that out by looking at it alone…or by reading an owner’s manual…then you shouldn’t be trying.

    I also bought one of these units and same problem belt kept braking and they have a no return policy even if the unit has a defect from factory. Am not a happy customer my unit has been put away for about 2 months now.

    I have purchased one of these 3 months ago and still haven't cut anything because the belt won't engage properly!! the belt does not seem to stay on track to be engaged

      Hi Alice, There was a production run of these units that had belt guides improperly placed. Our engineers have created a kit that should solve your problem! Within this kit is a free upgraded belt as well. Please call our customer service team and we will get yours shipped out to you free of charge.

      Yep, same problem with me. New mower, but still laying on the ground trying to get the belt back on. Failed in less than 5 minutes. This is embarrassing.

    How tall of grass can this machine cut? Does anybody have experience with cutting tall grass? I currently use a 10.5 HP tow-behind mower on a few acres of super dense and thick swamp grass (around 6 to 7 feet tall). I have to go around 1 mph to avoid bogging the machine and burning belts.

      4ft grass in my overgrown field, no problem

      I've cut grass 3-4 feet high as well. Need to go slower of course.

    I bought one of these and within 2 hours of use, the belt broke... Now, I can't find a belt locally.

      @@earthquakeoutdoorpowerequi7344 You guys Rock! I got a call just a few minutes ago stating this is a known issue with the new model. A kit to fix the issue and a new belt are on the way.

      @@sgreen1641 wow I just bought one also and within an hour the belt was shredded. I guess I need to call Earrhquake. I sent off fot a belt already from some third party parts house and paid 80 dollars with Shipping. I'll be calling Earthquake in the morning

      @@AutoHoax I contacted the company, they not only sent out a belt, but also parts for new guides. It took about 45 minutes to change and put the new belt on, but you may need two people due to the weight of it. The company was responsive and understanding. The new belt is beefier, and now a standard size which means the belt is no longer expensive. We have been running it now for over 14 hours with no issues.

    Just got it , had to wait for missing parts bag. Oil/gas and ran it for literally 5 minutes - pin popped out of lame hitch- should be a ball mount- as others have done. The best part of this piece of garbage that had a known issue with belts a year ago- that was supposedly fixed? My belt jumped off pulleys as well - spend more time working on a 5 minutes of use machine?. Really? Back to Home Depot( before my 30 days up)- wasted 45” each way to pick it up- no delivery to me. My time getting it out of steel crate and getting it ready, waiting for parts. Why sell something without known belt issues fixed? Ball mount hitch? - yes easy, but I am afraid more problems will follow. After talking to rep- if I place a ball hitch it will void warranty.

    Quit showing things you don't have anything stock. Impossible to get one in Georgia. Spread out some, or keep your advertising local to you. 🤬
