How to change the drive belt on an Earthquake Rough Cut Mower

Considering there is a need for a shield in front of the electrical..I blew a belt and took out the relay and wires...

What size drive belt is this, I cannot find any accurate information in the manual and ardisam has it discontinued with no substitute suggested?
