I will walk you through the steps of drawing an iris in Procreate. You can draw this brown iris using the free Procreate brushes that are already in the app! I'll guide you through all the steps in this how to draw an iris tutorial and remember, if things are going too fast, just pause the video and take your time.

I am not new to art, but i am very new to digital art, and through your tutorials you make it seem so much less intimidating! I hv my ipad pro for over a year. Have my procreate only a week ago. Chance upon your youtube and love your art. They are amazingly fantastic. So i started to draw from your tutorial. Your tutorials are excellent and extremely clear. Your step by step instructions help me tremendously. My first drawing from your tutorial is the 'Sunrise', my second, which i had just completed a while ago is the brown iris. They were badly drawn i must say. Nothing like yours but i felt fulfilment. Pressure curve setting is a GAME CHANGER! I didn't know I could tweak it and was having issues with things either not showing up at all, or being too thick and dark.

Try doing it without clipping mask and you’ll see 😉 clipping mask makes sure you won’t be painting outside of the circle

I don’t have an apple pen, I have been drawing on procreate for a while but would i would only be able to use a stylus. Would you recommend using a stylus or my hand? By the way this is a great tutorial!
Ella’s Gameplays And Editing Tips probably a stylus . You can get some non apple ones and connect that to ur iPad pretty sure
