Thanks for filming again Scotty. Shame didn't get footage from next couple fights that day when I experimented with high alpha slow flight. Almost zero ground speed and still rock solid with the nose at 45degrees. Way fun machine! Can't wait to fly from the horse paddock at home for real nostalgic moment haha... Yoda
Interesting...Could you share your power setup. Fan/motor and ESC? Looks Like 6S 5000 all the way back. I'd like to try this with mine that I ripped out everything last season. Cheers!
It's all stock standard Freewing preinstalled 80mm fan with an outrunner motor and 100amp hobbywing ESC for 6s that comes with the deluxe version of the Mirage... sorry, don't know specs as can't trust what they say on the box or manual (don't have those anyway). I am using garbage old Bonka branded 5200 batteries that say they are 45c... performing like 25c, but they are light at 760g. Have fun with yours... very good jet. Yoda
Tried mine today on some 2 year old 45C 5000's. Hand launch was a bit scary with very little wind but made it. You must be using some pretty nice batteries. You have way more climb out power than I.
Top Job Yoda Landing gear just gets in the way

Ok perfect. Mine is stock as well. I got mine pretty early with an inrunner as part of the premium or deluxe version. Cheers
