Did the dough go into a freezer.. ?where ice is made ?.. because it says “ put the dough in the fridge & “ freeze “ it.. ?…fridge doesn’t make it go into frozen solid ball.. fridge only keeps it cold

當天做的冷的時候吃也非常好。還是脆的,餡兒菠蘿味更濃。 如果第二天冰箱冷藏過,建議需要重新烤一下,會比較脆,烤好像剛出爐一樣

It is hot in summer and needs to be frozen. On the contrary, it is cold in winter. Chill in the refrigerator is enough, and don't let the butter melt.
