In my hot take, if you wanna be an effective sniper in enlisted. 1. Do not sit in windows. Sit further back in a room as it silhouettes you less to be spotted by players. 2. Do not shoot player controlled units. It can halt a push but it let's the enemy know you exist. Take out the units behind them turning an 8 man push into 2 or 3. When you do as well don't just aim for the first npc you see. Go for the specialized units like radio, engi, AT. That's not a 100% order u want to go for but as an example. 3. Markers are king for supporting the team. You see friendly going for a tank? Do your best to kill any enemies that may spot him to stop him. 4. Move your units into other rooms or areas where they can't be spotted from outside but can let you know if an enemy pushes up or counter a flank. 6. Radios nice for going for kills but engi is better. They can place bags away from windows for you to mount on and increase cover and concealment as well as spawns, resupply and you can use sandbags to trick thr enemy or to move from cover to cover if spotted. Bring smokes as well to cover areas you can't cover safely with your weapon so enemies aren't counter sniping you from the side if your in the open.
Also 5. Shovel is king as it gives u both cover and concealment either for you if stuck in a flat woodlands map or for hiding your guys so they aren't picked off.
The #1 sniper tip is to play a radio squad. You get radiomen, engi and a sniper. This means you get faster artillery and you can also use your position to lay down effective smoke artillery.
just a pro tip, u can do a secondary key bind for your marker onto your firing button. That way everytime you are sniping at something it will also leave a marker for your team. Very multifunctional. Your AI will also be focusing on your markers so if they are in a safe and good sniping position they can be very accurate and deadly with the sniper rifle
I like the later gewehr with scope mount more efective for this type of gameplay cause the damage is just way better so you dont hit someone and they keep running (not that i snipe or something i justknow that from a friend
Should try the Lee Enfield for sniping. I used it for bolt challenges back in Tunisia days. I’m normally in the point most games and don’t play snipers. On br 1 presets some squads have a sniper mainly for the ai to control and I pick them last.
For close-range engagements yes but at some of the ranges that he is shooting at it is not so GOAT. I carry STG 44 sniper and KAR 98 Sniper and switch between distances. The STG also allows me to get into assault mode if needed.
@RealAdmiralStarks I see your point, but my take is a little different. This is not real life, it's a game, where your goal is to capture or defend an objective. When you lose enough objectives, you lose the game. So, like you, I snipe close to the objective. But when my team is about to lose the objective, I leave my position and do everything to try and prevent that, including, but not limited to, just throwing the bodies of my squad at it. Why? Because I'm not an actual sniper. I'm playing a video game and I want to try and not lose.

Facts. Good info.
you can ignore all of those if you use the sniper STG hands down the best gun
also using AP mines to secure your position.

Sniping not bad you just have to put down marks and talk with your team
Seeing T-34-85 from 1944 in Stalingrad is so weird.
I always quit high BR Stalingrad/Rzhev matches.
you have to lead the shot if enemy is moving :)
what do you think about the newish blod and gore update i frikin love
It deffo looks better than before 💯🔥
FG42 Scoped is so good right now
I like to keep the scopes on the stg cause its so low magnification that you can just use it as a mid range optic and you just hit fire upclose
I like the later gewehr with scope mount more efective for this type of gameplay cause the damage is just way better so you dont hit someone and they keep running (not that i snipe or something i justknow that from a friend

With new uptade, even better than last weeks! :D
Recon lead the way :D
You really have no idea how to play sniper in enlisted 😅, you can storm objectives with quick and no scopes no need to sit so far in the back
That's what you would do with Assault Rifle, why would you storm objective with a scoped gun? haha
