    Should go down with the weights, too much body English, I’m sure you have joint pains from ego lifting at this age

      How do you get stronger if you use weights you can lift , you have to challenge yourself, I have no joint pain, as I have been on this journey for over a year, I don’t use my body any more than Jay Cutler, Sam Sulec or others. However, thanks for your concern.

      at least hs doing full range of motion, unlike the baby reps you probably try to push out..

      Don’t turn the dumbbells when you doing the curl. It disengages the bicep. 👍🏻
