The M TwinPower Turbo inline 6-cylinder petrol engine in BMW M4 CS makes super sports car performance possible. With 460 hp & 600 Nm torque, the high-performance engine accelerates the extreme sports car from 0 to 100 km/h in 3.9 seconds and reaches an electronically limited top speed of 280 km per hour.
Under the hood, there was the same inline-six unit with two turbochargers that offered more power than M4 Competition Package. It was fitted to standard 7-speed automatic (dual-clutch) gearbox, & that was the only transmission available.
