@milesPerHr you need to address the greed factor these auto companies are starting to embrace with their "pay-to-play" features. I have been a loyal GM customer for over 30 years. I, for one, will be looking for an alternative to GM next time because I am not interested in a monthly bill in order to use the features of the vehicle I already paid for. It may prove impossible to purchase a new auto without, in which case, I will be actively searching the used market for a suitable older vehicle and i will happily do whatever I need to maintain it. The thought of purchasing a $60,000 auto and then having to pay a fee to use it's installed options is just one step too far in my book and I am certain there are many who agree with me. Not that the auto makers will care.....
Teslas FSD costs $99 a month. Super cruise 25 dollars per month, And your first 3 years were free, which is a lot better.

This is one of those vehicles that is only important because of the people it carries. The traverse is the epitome of "an 3 row SUV" and it does everything it needs to perfectly. I like the XT6 way more because of its style and V6, but the Traverse gets the job done. And thats all it needs to do.

I noticed you only showed the maps, apps, and camera screens on the infotainment. Did gm mandate this in order to make the video? Does the audio screen have a giant useless clock like in the Silverado\Sierra? These new gm products advertise the giant screens, but in the case of the Silverado / Sierra, the only time you actually use the full screen is when using maps.
What were the mpg and recommended fuel options

So does it not auto set the parking brake when put into park and automatically release it when put into drive? What’s the point of the electric parking brake if it doesn’t?

To be clear, the 2024 Traverse offers super cruise for free, for 3 years. After 3 years, then you need the subscription. Most people will have traded by then or if you lease, you would only have a couple months without super cruise.

It changes on its own! It’s awesome and works really well

@@PrckCardinalyes! You can do full, 3/4, or custom.
To do custom-set to 3/4 and then manually adjust the trunk height. Then, on the trunk hold the open/close button and it will ‘beep’. Then it will open to your custom height.

Idk why people are complaining so much about Supercruise, it requires an internet connection and regular updates to work.
Any issue of the 3rd row headrest, engine chirp, leather cracks... I had mine a week. Taking it back to return it

Memory seats? I have a 21 traverse. There was a 1 and a 2 on the door handle. Do not believe they’re located in the same place on any of the trims. Buried in the infotainment system maybe, key specific or missing completely?

One word… inflation. 21 traverse was a premier. Sane price point as this model years at4 acacia, z1 traverse and black edition of both Chevy and gm models. Bit the bullet and got the black edition of the Acadia. Can only get the memory seats and digital rearview on Denali Acadia or RS traverse. Had all of that on 21 traverse. Wife was nagging and lease was getting ready to be up 🤷🏽♂️

Sorry I neglected to include the as tested MPG like I usually do. I was seeing 22 on the highway with minimal traffic.

Well, you have to pay for SuperCruise initially ($3,755), then you get 3 years of service included. After that, you do have to pay a monthly fee.
When they say you get a service/feature complimentary, you need to keep in mind, you have paid for it in some form or another. It 9/10 times you get something that is actually complimentary.

It does - I demonstrated the auto park leaving the space, but it can also enter the space automatically.

You have to pay for super cruise after buying the car while Hyundai gives you HDA for free
We have a telluride with the HDA. It is a much different system. Supercruise is hands free and actually fully drives itself, the hyundai/kia system is a decent system, but requires hands on and does need fairly regular, albeit minor, interventions. It has a tendency to struggle staying in the middle of the lane around curves. They are both good systems, but supercruise is another level.
