This game has strong Wolfenstein 2 vibes. Drop into enemy territory, do dumb shit, grab an important item and do that for three hours but without six hours of cutscenes. At least Wolf 2 had goofy dumb shit to keep you, semi engaged with whatever happened

I feel like a good way for the open combat missions to work would have been to take heavy inspiration from black ops 2. They already had the offensive minded strike force missions, which allowed you to choose your routes and how you approached the enemy, as well as the custom load out in the main campaign. Combine this with new access kit options, like a vehicle caller or a disguise kit, and they would be doing great. Then, all they would need is a passable stealth system and actually unique maps.

They're just trying to capitalize on the popularity of games like PUBG and Fortnite, and it's been overdone to death at this point. Little Mak wasn't saying he had help from shadow with something, he was saying Price and his gang gang found Street Fighter using help from Shadow. That being shadow getting the intel for Herschel, who then gave it to Price's gang gang after going for a swim.
Killing Soap... AGAIN broke my heart. Not just because he died, but also because the way he died, like, Makarow just shoots him, no fight, no strugle, no epic anything at all, he just gets shot like some random solider/person. The peoples on the plane got more depth to their death despite being just simple assests in the game and not a "hero". Cheap way to try to make the player feel bad. Bet they thought since it worked in the fitst MW 3 it is gonna work now, but I am not sure if they remembered more than he getting killed. His character was built up and had a major role in the story. Also his death actually brought the plot forward and it was emotional. When I heard the usually tough and confident (maybe also cold) Price just... crying ("No, no no no!") above his dead friend, It felt emotional, you could feel the pain of Price, and also the whole mission which built it up was a proper way to say goodbye to a hero. Here he just dies and game ends. Tbh, I hope they could just deny the existance of the game or at least make the plot a fewer dream (thus non-canon) Price had when he wakes up in the next one, as this was just shit.

I have nostalgic memories of the first AC-130 mission. The spec ops AC-130 in Modern Warfare 2 was a lot of fun playing split screen.

Wolfenstein 2 was only really campy in wyatts timeline. And purely because of Wyatt. It's fairly serious outside of Wyatt being as high as a kite.

I deadass managed to refund the game after preordering a month before the game came out, and having 5 HOURS OF PLAYTIME.
Storefronts are required to refund a pre-order as long as the product isn't out yet. So you could play a game for 100 hours but if it was still before release, you could get your money back
