Even though Flip the Frog doesn't want his dog to come along when he is leaving for school, the canine is doing everything to be at its master's side. After sneaking into the school, Flip's dog is thrown out but still wreaks a lot of havoc when ridiculed by a skunk!
The teacher's reading materials are interesting (1:58). Makes me wonder what her preferences are...

@HamonLord I just realized this now after watching the cartoon again with my brother.
@HamonLord Not that one, the one with the squeaky voice with one hand on his hips.
I've noticed they like to throw in more humor for adults in these old cartoons.

This cartoon was later recycled in "Mary's Little Lamb" which I also have it on 8mm which was a Castle Films print of a ComiColor short in black & white.
This cartoon did not have the MGM Jackie logo at the very beginning. What a shame! I wish if Thunderbean should restore this cartoon to Blu-Ray, it will have the MGM Jackie logo back to where it came from right before the "Blub-Blub" song starts.
