I remember lucid dreaming very easily when I was a kid because i had been experiencing nightmares very often and was getting scared so someone who i can't remmeberr right now had told me not to be afraid of my dreams because they were MY dreams and being mine i had ultimate control over it. So i remember next night i had gone to bed with that in mind and i had another nightmare, but this time i wasn't afraid because i remmebr saying in my dreams thart i was sleeping and that nothing could harm me there. It worked miracles. I would do it every night. until I grew up and all of a sudden i stopped remembering my dreams. To this day i can't recall anything. I really wish i cold rememeber them again because i do believe all of that exists in another realm we'll all get to hopefully one day in our individual evolutional paths.

You will remember your dreams vividly by:
-Decide that you wanna recall your dream
-Record, keep a pen beside your bed to write it down
-Eyes closed then you will remember better
-Affirmation help you to change it to an intention
-Manage your sleep by having deep sleep

I wrote down my dreams for half a year when I was younger, and my dreams got so incredibly vivid and memorable that it started taking half an hour just to write my entire dreams. I didn't really get anything out of it except for a few lucid dreams, which seem more just for fun/novelty rather than any substantial value. You talk about creative ideas popping up but I'm not too sure all the effort is worth a few creative insights, which you can also experience in normal waking life, or that will stand out in a dream and be remembered anyway.

So i was testing this one binural beat when i was sleeping and it was kinda disturbing. The dreams i don't remember are usually some what horrific, i saw a dream where i was in a pitch black forest and surrounded by birch trees, i had a lantern on me and when i tried to flash the light on front of me, i saw hundreds of pale humanoid figures searching me in that pitch black forest, so i quickly turned the light off and woke up.

Then I did and for some reason it ended it just manifested into something completely different which bi can remember perfectly fine but I forgot pretty much the whole dream about her :( I would rather forget the last dream any day of the week them forget a beautiful experience not a dream with the love of my life

    4. перед сном сказать вслух что "я буду запоминать свои сны"
можно сказать "я проснусь утром в 7:59", это срабатывает

I never saw dreaming in this way. I can remember my dreams every single day...and I hated it... because it was the matter why I can't stand up early in the morning. Every evening I tell myself: tomorrow will be my day...I will wake and stand up when the alarm clock rings. And every day again...I wake up...beeing within my dream and can't let it go. So i push the snooze button again and again until I'm nearly too late. Horrible...it's like watching a good film...and you want to know how it goes on...you can't stop until the end.

I can tell you a technique which worked for me.
      1. Before you go to sleep, flick your rooms light on and off for about 30 seconds.
      2. When you go to lay on your bed and are ready to start to sleep, look how much the clock is in your phone.
      3. Let's assume the clock said 10:01 pm, now remember the time while trying to sleep... When you think one minute has passed, add it to the time so time should be 10:02 pm, keep adding minutes every time you think one minute has passed.
The key here why you are focusing on the time at the same time you are trying to sleep is trying to keep your consciousness focused. When you fall a sleep, you should be consciousness enough to understand at some point that you are sleeping and when you understand that you are sleeping... Then you are able to start to manipulate your dream.

    • @suomipoika1796
      @suomipoika1796 5 лет назад +3

You just watch the time once and after that you just need to assume when 1 minute has passed, you just imagine what time would be now. You just need to have your consciousness focused when you are in sleep, the reason people do not remember their dreams is because their consciousness has went into sleep coma. If you are able to remember a dream, you are step closer to lucid dreaming. The hardest step with lucid dream is to understand that you are sleeping and usually people activate lucid dreaming when something odd or crazy happens in their dream.
I can tell you my first lucid dream experience.
I was in a city park near a fountain, i noticed four disfigured people stopping people by the fountain and showing them a paper. I was thinking that hopefully they don't stop me and when i was about to pass them, they stopped me and showed me their paper. The paper had body parts and price tag next to them, i understood that these disfigured people wanted new body parts for themselves and i just answered them ''Nope, i don't know where you could find those'' and then i tried to leave. They watched their paper and then they watched me and then they understood that they could just kill me and take my body parts and started to chase me... I started to run and the moment i started to run i understood that i'm sleeping, so i imagined that i have a jetpack on my back and went to fly and after that i was just manipulating dream but mostly i was just flying in the sky.
Notice how i was not able to understand right away in the dream that i was sleeping? I think that the numbers i saw in the ''price'' tag was the thing that made me understand that i'm sleeping because i was focusing on numbers before i fell a sleep.
