I understand strategy as set of tactics that are seperating paths to the one or more profitable conclusion and whatever path it takes it will be profitable in the end. Planning on the other hand I understand as set of tactics that are creating one path to one profitable conclusion. After some considiration I think it's actually difficult to label rooftop as strategy or planning, but class transfer is strategy I think. It has one unclear conclusion, but there are many paths it can take.
