If I had to give my opinion about the final, I would say I expected more. Honestly, I intended for it to be three rounds with an even more spectacular edition, but the application's lag issues made it impossible, and I didn't want to prolong the tournament's conclusion too much. Speaking in general about the tournament, I must say it was a lot of fun but also a bit tedious due to various issues. As I mentioned, this was like a trial, and the rules weren't well established, so I had to improvise and add things on the fly. For the next edition of the tournament, which will likely take place in the distant future, I will have everything better organized for everyone to enjoy more. I'm also a bit saddened to have seen several comments complaining about the consistency of video uploads. Of course, I disappeared for a month due to my responsibilities, but I don't think people appreciate that during my vacation in July, there were videos practically every day. My apologies also for some results that seemed unfair or disappointing. I'm still not a very skilled scaler in general, so the next tournament will feature characters from verses I've scaled a bit better. In conclusion, I would like to express my gratitude to Dax, Cento, and Cleax for supporting the idea from the beginning, as well as to KiyoKouji, who, as you know, was my inspiration for creating content, for dropping by from time to time and taking the time to comment (although I don't think he liked it much lmao), and thanks to all of you for supporting the tournament at every stage. See you in the next tournament, which will be in league format!

People who've actually played Danganronpa know Yuuichi gets strategy, because Ouma has no strategic feats 😂. Like, at all. Not one. If anything, you would give Kokichi observation and potentially planning if you consider CT 3-6 that impressive, but we haven't seen even a single strategic feat from the Supreme Leader, because Danganronpa is first and foremost a mystery narrative that has almost no instances of direct outsmarting. The characters create some really intelligent schemes and difficult murder cases, but we haven't seen them go head to head with eachother in real time nearly at all; it's always about deducing what's already been done, rather than controlling what's currently being done to your favor. It's for this reason that I don't see why Danganronpa is even brought up in this community. With that said, Yuuichi > Kokichi in outsmarting, (mid-high difficulty,) manipulation (low difficulty)
What are you talking about? Are you sure we played the same game? Chapter 4? Hell even in chapter 2, Kokichi has built up a strategy. And chapter 6? What strategy? Kokichis dead, and it makes me wonder if you really know hat you are talking about. This guy is generous, he made it high diff. Plus even if you cry about there not being any strategy, there are other categories where kokichi utterly demolishes (Fsiq, logic and reasoning, anticipation, prediction, seeing through people, cold reading, you can even say eq is debatable, leadership, knowledge, planning). You saying yuuichi mid-high diffs is pure cap, i sesly hope you are trolling.
@@greedyintensesniffer9844 I meant to say 3-5, but I'm typing on an android with big thumbs, so the 5 and the 6 are right next to eachother. Anyway, I'm going to need you to precisely describe Kokichi's direct strategy feats that are in the ballpark of Yuuichi's prison game werewolf strategy, the all bet special method strategy, or the Friendless Game strategy, all of which I think are more complex than anything Kokichi's done besides the exisal hidden identity plan. And by the way, where are Kokichi's logical reasoning feats? Eq isn't even slightly debatable, all of the other students in V3 are very inexperienced in manipulation besides Tsumugi, which means deceiving and outsmarting them isn't very impressive, while Yuuichi was perfectly perceiving and totally demolishing experienced swindlers and psychological manipulators like Taneda and Kamishiro who are years to decades older than him. He saw through Kuroki's friendship bait in the Prison game, he saw through Kokorogi's brainwashing in the all-bet game, he saw through Shinji's insecurities and flaws in one conversation, he perfectly diagnosed the personalities and weaknesses of group k in the hide and seek game, he just has way more perception and cold reading feats than Kokichi. I can definitely see Kokichi with planning and leadership, but besides that, I can't see the angle you're coming from.
@@NoMoreWhat-Ifs Eq is important to have in manipulation, yes, but manipulation does not correlate directly to how good someone's Eq is. Hmmm, I honestly think seeing through people is Kokichi's best attribute. He quite literally saw through Maki's act as to being a Child care giver since chapter 1 as he directly implied her hidden talent before he exposed her in chapter 2 (this is one of the first instances with them interacting with each other), Kokichi constantly mindread the protags, saw through the baits Monokuma was placing for them, saw through the fact that the killing game was directed to the world since chapter 2, and this isn't even mentioning the fact that he quite literally picked up on any statement that even resembled a lie. Kokichi's reasoning feats are quite consistent throughout the game honestly. Plus, it is revealed by the end of chapter 5 that he quite literally solved all of the cases within his own room during investigation time, which displays great deduction, moreso that what I remember Yuuichi ever doing. You don't find his strategy in chapter 4 impressive? He witnessed Miu's despair in the beginning of the chapter and immediately realized that she was formulating a murder plan in the simulation world (he constantly sees through people like this). He goes to Monokuma after finding out that the world has been destroyed. He manipulate Monokuma into changing the location of the motive by moving it into the virtual world by using monokuma's urge for a more "entertaining murder" as a bait and accomplishes three things: He can manipulate Gonta later for his already thought out strategy (which he formed in a very short period of time), used it in order to bait the class into going into the virtual world in search of clues for a way out of the killing game, and convinces Miu that he has full faith in her. Kokichi then learns all of the secrets to the virtual world on his own in a short period of time and sets his plan to motion. Miu is still unaware that Kokichi saw through her entire murder strategy, which is a respectable plan in itself. Essentially, Miu created a virtual world with "people" and "objects." She coded herself as an object and only objects are allowed to become permeable through the "ending walls" of the virtual world. These "endings world walls" are actually just loops to the world in which only objects can pass through and Miu made herself as an object. There's more to this, but you get the idea. So Kokichi uses the motive he planted earlier and predicted nobody would go there and I'm sure you know the outcome of what happened when he manipulated gonta. Kokichi also read all of Shuichi's lies even when they were all valid facts that he couldn't have possibly known. Anyways, you quite literally said there are no direct outsmarting scenarios when chapter 4 is literally this. Albeit Kokichi didn't have an incredibly smart opponent, but his preparations and strategy is perfect with incredibly fast adaptability. To give you reference, he set this all up in a day, the same day Miu cried out in the cafeteria and Kokichi saw through her entire plan with just that. And this is only one strategy of Kokichi, though it is closest to an outsmarting scenario. Also outsmarting someone who has direct control over the fictional world (tsumugi) is impressive in itself. The exisal strategy that you speak ofwas formulated while Kokichi was dying. He created it all as he was being attacked by Maki, so that strategy was actually a desperate attempt honestly. Still a great strategy that took approximately half an hour to set up tho (since Kokichi is dying throughout the entire process)
I can't believe it. Kokichi's strategy is very complex and it is the top of all works. There is no character who can beat Kokichi with logical manipulation.

yuuichi formulated a long term plan in one glance just knowing maria was a girl
i took him like 1-3 seconds to create the plan where he actually anticipated and planned the exact things that's going to happen in the future 6-7 days
like he predict maria is a tg admin
he anticipated that maria will betray his team that's why he created a full proof plan
he anticipated the exact location of the mountain where yakutaro and his friend will be chasing him 5 days later and will need to push of maria from the cliff(calculated deadly risk of maria dying) then emotionally anticipated that yakutaro will catch maria in 3 seconds before she falls
also saw through shinomiya was the real leader of team k then anticipated
shinomiya's strategy of manipulating maria and getting tenji's location
then literally told maria tenji's location on purpose so shinomiya goes their to find tenji and win the game
but at that moment when everyone was gone he tortured yakutaro's ass and blackmailed and manipulated team k's fake leader with a phone call to press the give up button or he will break both of yakutaro's hands , he then made him press the buzzer 3 seconds before the game ended and won-
-- it needed yuuichi 1-3 seconds to claculate the risks , formulate plan A and B and make it so unpredictable and complex asf while anticipating insane things like pushing maria from the cliff and yakutaro catching her also making a long term plan where he planned everything that happend in the future 7 days
