To clarify, this video actually under-scales Wonder Of U a fair bit, since Wonder Of u had only been out of a few chapters at the time this video came out. Also, you're correct in saying that it sounds like a song, as every JoJo stand after part three is named after music.

To sum it up, if Goku even thinks about Wonder of U or his user Toru, Majin Buu becomes Evil, Frieza goes black, and Cell returns, and they all jump him whilst his heart disease comes back, and the finishing blow is him choking on a senzu bean(and also, over time, even with ui calamity will cause all attacks to scale beyond that, so there is no beating it)

Actually, Wonder of U might not even need to go that far. All it would have to do is to give Goku the Saiyan equivalent of a heart attack, a brain seizure or cancer, and Goku would be screwed.
Okay, the that makes Wonder of U so scary is a little example:
Person A pursues WOU
It starts raining
WOU makes it so each raindrop hits Person A with the force of a bullet
It literally manipulates reality in such a way, that whoever pursues it WILL die before they get to him
Also its power is multiversal in scale, so go figure
also just imagine seeing a random man in a black coat and black hat right outside your window but you cant see his face and then everything bad just happens.
that's just, wrong? josuke manages to touch WOU, so it's kinda obvious that that's not how WOU works. what WOU actually does is this:
when you pursue WOU, WOU manipulates calamity (calamity is complicated, but in a nutshell it's "extreme bad luck") to attack you.
the attack stops when either you are no longer pursuing him, or when someone else starts perusing him harder than you.
so for example, if a person pursues WOU to talk to him, WOU would make that person deal with a calamity, for this example, trip and get a head injury. the ability will continue to attack him until someone else tries to pursue him harder, for example, someone is trying to kill WOU.
there's also a ton of extra notes:
WOU doesn't actually control, create or destroy calamity, he can manipulate it.
although WOU manipulates calamity, he can't manipulate fate, he just knows that the calamity will attack the target and defend him (as seen in the final fight)
WOU can also do some minor things like do illusions, be visible to non stand users and stuff like that
WOU can't manipulate non-existent things, which is a BIG thing in the jojo universe

For starters wonder of u is not a normal stand, he’s an abstract entity ( a living representation of a concept, thought, philosophy, law, etc) He doesn’t manipulate calamity, nor create it. He simply IS the calamity itself. Second of all, calamity is tied to the idea of logic (according to chapter 104) It operates on karmic retribution which relies on the balance of how good or evil your deeds are. This implies some form of fate manipulation as antagonists like: Jobin, Caato, news reporter, etc were all dealt a lethal calamity that resulted in their fates. All because their karma was out of balance.
He has some low-reality warping as he was capable of manifesting maggots out of thin air, bending the spatial plane that looped Rai back to Gappy and Yasuho despite traveling linearly, etc.
Does this hurt you brain? Good, us Jojo fans have a broken brain at this point trying to understand this stand shit.

6:38 Dio has more stamina and durability than a normal person, he can use it way more often than Jotoro but there's still a limit.
The main difference between THE WORLD's time stop and Star Platinum's time stop is that
1. It exhausts Jotaro way more then it does DIO, mainly due to him being a vampire and generally being strong as hell
2. DIO CAN spam it, he has to wait a second or two to slightly cool off but that's about it, while Jotaro has to actively regain stamina and Strength, compare it like Taking a break after running for a few hours to catch your breath VS stopping after walking for a bit just to "cool them off" without much necessity
3. THE WORLD's time stop grows with use, Star platinum's timestop has almost entirely been fixed, it went down during part 4 due to Jotaro apparently getting weaker but went back up to normal in part 6, Jotaro prob could have managed to also have the growth effect had he trained properly with it and had a guide like how DIO had
Allow me to explain his ability.
Wonder of u is an infinite ranged stand which is also an automatic stand (ie. The stand activates whether the user thinks of sh1t or not) he has the ability to manipulate calamity. Meaning theres the flow of calamity everywhere. Wonder of U just directs that calamity to the one pursuing him. A plane could cransh into you, a bug could give you a rare disease, and basically unlimited scenarios. Basically theres no escaping it. If one purses WOU, that person will experience the flow until they die or another person pursues WOU. The user can easily teleport the user to the pursuer's location watch them d1e. So..ya...good luck escaping him
Aka Final Destination, the stand. Basically, works the same way as in the first movie (pretty sure the plane was a reference to the first film).
And if you are invencible, don't worry, spontaneous combustion. It has no limits

Summary: Thinking about pursuing or actively going towards Wonder of U or it’s user manipulated reality and a 100% fatal encounter will occur, un-dodgeable and unblockable
He says that the name is just a song reference for the sake of it but there’s another layer to it:
Elvis married Lisa Marie when she was 14 and Elvis was in his 20s
Wonder of U is the stand of Tooru. Who is a decades old man who looks like a younger man and he grooms the character Yasuho from an early age.

Also time stops wouldn’t stop wonder of U as the Calamity effect isn’t coming from WoU, it’s a natural phenomenon that’s being INFLUENCED by WoU

Later chapters do explain that Wonder of U has some limitations, mostly about what counts as "pursuit" (remember: the ability activates if you're pursuing the Stand or its user) and what doesn't.
For example: let's say that you see Wonder of U coming towards your friend. You run towards them, intending to grab your friend and get the heck out of there. This does NOT activate Wonder of U's ability, because you have no intention of confronting the Stand. You aren't pursuing the _Stand;_ you're pursuing _your friend._

Dio spamming his ability is due to his vampiric powers, he is stronger than the average stand user.
Later on Jotaro spammed his own time stop, just for it to be ineffective... It's almost like its physically straining to use abilities.

Ok it's not a bad representation but the stand Power actually is simply creat catastrophes as you approach the user or stand and the catastrophe danger is equal to how near you are.
Normally i would say it is powerful but the time Power related to other vilans is actually more effective to him like dio and diavolo that can exist in stop and erase time or kira that only seeing his third bomb you are already dead
So basically from his description wonder of you Is a SCP,, once you make contact with, can causes the victim calamity by, just thinking about it... Even if you're not clear on what it is, what it can do or, even a physical Description...

Dio can spam it because he's immortal and ageless. Jotaro on the other hand messed himself up doing that, which was why he was far weaker in Stone Ocean despite looking younger. Still, there are grace periods from when they do activate it and when it concludes, even in the OVA.
Lemme explain, Final Destination but on crack
okay but let's say i have a stand that makes me literally unaffected by anything but pure physical attacks? like luck manipulation-not works; higher dimensional atack? nahh-infinite rotation? can pierce through but will not twist me endlessly. you get the point
in that scenario i would not be particularly powerful-many stands can couunter me by just.. being really fast or powerful or lethal-but i am a perfect counter for Wonder of U and other hax based stands

WOU is the embodiment of Calamity, everything that follows logic works in his favor and nothing can “go beyond” that logic. Also because Jesus walked a certain path someone dies because of it which is crazy
Dio can spam time stop because he's a vampire so his energ7 his higher but he also gets tired of doing it. time stopping his like doing reps
The reason DIO can spam time stop is due to his Vampirism buffing his stand

That RUclipsr got Made in Heaven so wrong, of course MiH doesn’t beat Wonder of U, but Made in Heaven either moves around 200 MPH or Infinite Speed depending on if you are anime only or read manga. In the stand stats that I believe were in the manga it shows its speed to be Infinite, therefore immeasurable.

And don’t even try and pull that card when in the stand stats for manga it literally says its speed is infinite, no “insert number +” or can accelerate overtime, Pucci is the one who decides his speed but it can be infinite or limitless or impossible to calculate.

Okay so I will summarize it for you, CJ, if your brain didn't understand that which is acceptable, cause its gets more confusing as parts are made.
1st: Wonder of U's ability is to use Calamity or control Calamity to the person that hunts or even THINKS or even TRIES to hurt him, it could range up to universal to even the most smallest threats, it just needs to be under heavenly levels like literal god.
2nd: Perusing is quite interesting, it basically means the person that is trying to think or even hurt WOU(Wonder Of U) This meaning that WOU is almost untouchable, even if you do get closer, it will just get worse and worse to start with. Lets give an example of some stands like Sticky fingers, if sticky fingers use its ability to use a zipper and try to come out to kill wonder of U, it could range the "calamity" to slam a piano randomly on Buccaratti or even slam a whole piller to his head and kill him
3rd: Exceptions and weaknesses are either you have to be faster then the calamity and kill wonder of U, (which is almost and pretty much impossible) or simple just have an ability to dodge that.
Oh and also it can only aim for one person, however if they try to attack WOU, the damage will be inflicted back or to another person, also he hunts the first person that tried to pursue then he targets the next one and the next one.

WOU is the strongest stand besides soft and wet go beyond but if WOU went requiem what I think his ability would be no matter how illogical you try to kill it it still makes calamity in an even more illogical way and if you think about him any way logical or not will absolutely destroy you for example if you try to persue it you will just be sent to the sun or just fling out of existence or you just disappear that’s what i think WOU requiem would do
