    Good video! For detailed brightness levels adjustment, do you prefer levels? or curves?

    • @BrotherhoodWorkshop
      @BrotherhoodWorkshop  9 лет назад +6

      I like curves better personally, but again, I'm just an amateur.

    • @BrickGalaxycreatives
      @BrickGalaxycreatives 9 лет назад +3

      BrotherhoodWorkshop I find curves are best for when you just want to have an play around with the shot and see what you can get out of it, but then again my after effect strategy tends to be just wiggle all the knobs until it looks pretty!

  • @NitkowskiPictures
    @NitkowskiPictures 9 лет назад

    I have a question. What is your method to getting the video into full widescreen? My method is cropping each frame individually and I'm looking for an alternative.

    • @BrotherhoodWorkshop
      @BrotherhoodWorkshop  9 лет назад

      I usually export my images as a quicktime movie from Dragonframe, then I drag them into a sequence with the proper settings in Final Cut and export from there.

  • @purpleducttapehat
    @purpleducttapehat 9 лет назад

    Isn't color correction more matching all the shots to look the same (so it isn't distracting), while grading sets the tone/feel of the shot? It seemed kind of unclear in the video. Either way, good stuff.

    I know it's awesome you have all that work to make the film more dramatic with color grading but - to me - I kinda like the fact that the legos look like bright color legos just the same. Maybe cause I think it makes a better connection to the toys and not so much the movies. Anyway just an different artist view I guess since I still love all your videos. Carry on! :)
