Great video, what size are the copper sealing washers for the banjo joint. And the white electrical connector, what is the method for separating that?

There is a clip; you need to pop a small screwdriver in there and (carefully) release it and the plug comes right out.

Hi There.... My P38 4.6 Vouge (2001) has a brake peddle with a mind of its own....some times perfect another time it clicks and vibrates.... Also sometimes it squeaks and sometimes it doesn`t.... Could this be the pump or is there something at the top of the pedal its self? Any advice?? Cheers :-))

Hi what was the reason you changed to pump and not the pressure switch? I only ask ask my pump works if I bridge the relay pins but not when I turn the ignition ? Great video by the way

Not much help as there's 3 bleed nipples on abs & you don't mention which one your undoing ---- pointless in my opinion

Thank you for your comment. I never bled it all the air returned to reservoir.

Question. Did you follow the full RAVE bleed procedure (i.e. all wheels, modulator etc.) or did you do something else? Reason I ask I'm about to fit a new accumulator and just wondering how far I need to go with bleeding afterwards.

I just did mine and I did not need to bleed anything. But I also pinched off that hose like a m-f-er and had no leakage. Your mileage may vary and I may also find myself bleeding them in a few days' time just because I boasted about this.

@@frankdstrack Since done mine. I used a syringe to top off the fluid in the accumulator and the fitting so zero air, screwed it back together and all good.
