(Traffic Disaster) GTA 5- FDNY KME Engine 283 stuck in really heavy traffic while responding

In this video, FDNY KME Engine 283 is seen here responding during a blizzard and being stuck for at least 2 minutes because of how horrible the traffic is, especially in this bad weather. There were multiple vehicles blocking the responding fire truck which range from passenger cars and MTA buses.

The livery is made by myself and it took me a long time to get it to look the real life one. Yes, Engine 283 is a KME in real life.
Also, how I made the weather to be in blizzard conditions is using Simple Trainer. There is an option to change the weather in which you can select Blizzard as one of the options and then freeze the weather to prevent changing over time. Also I recommend enabling snow so that way it will be an actual snowstorm.
