I make similar only thing is I boil my chicken breast with seasoning then shred the meat then add grapes, walnuts , dukes mayo and miracle whip and little extra salt, pepper or garlic powder if need. I put on a toasted croissant with lettuce and Swiss cheese! A side pickle 😋😋
