I agree! I also think the Florida game was great as well. That game was determining if Mizzou was able to play in a NY6 bowl game and if Florida would go to a bowl game. Also, 4th and 17 was nuts!

Not really. The Sark goal line offense in 2023 was awful for Texas. BYU a few weeks later had back to back goal line stands against Texas. It would be impressive if it didn’t happen to Texas multiple times last year.

They gave Michigan their toughest fight all year, they were the only team to lead Michigan at any point in the 2nd half and it went ro overtime, all done on College Football's most iconic field. I’d put the Red River game at number two, I’d just trade it for the Iron bowl, and for number one I’d choose the UCF/Baylor game. I know it was a pretty inconsequential game considering it was two teams that didn’t contend for anything this year, but sheesh, that game was amazing! That play from UCF with 1 minute left in the fourth quarter was probably the best play all year, hands down

As an admittedly biased Michigan fan, I would have put The Game in there probably at number 2 or 3 simply because with how the Big 10 will be re-organized, it's doubtful that a regular season game between Michigan and Ohio St will carry that much weight again. Plus it was a close game all the way to the end. Other than that, I couldn't agree more with this list.

The Ole Miss game is a harbinger, a return to prominence. We are heading to great times as was seen in the 1960s. It's fun football, the players know mediocrity is not acceptable, yet as a player you'll be proud you played at Ole Miss.
