As well as their leader on defense getting ejected for targeting, Clemson vs LSU wouldve turned out to be a whole different game. Clemson lost to LSU pretty much solely due to 3 plays, LSU was just good enough to make them pay for it with a touchdown all 3 times.
Before he bounces out it looks like a horrible read for a HB. Like, he literally just runs into his lineman’s ass head down. But in hindsight that brought the backers inside and left that hole to the left even bigger so it’s hard to say if this play is all luck or not
If Clemson pick play is legal, why do teams not run that play every game? Its unstoppable. Either that play is illegal....or its legal and coaches are idiots for not doing it in every goalline situation.
