This was on my list of your Indo-Chinese recipes to be tried. So I made this with the help of my kids, the eldest helped with the stirring and the second was the instructor by watching the video and giving instructions. It was a fun activity for us, plus they get to learn how to cook. I think mine had extra soy sauce it was way darker..(although I used a measuring spoon..)Will reduce the sauce in the future.
