It's called how to work around existing conditions - former swimming pool deck, screen porch roof, porch swing, etc. Certainly not a commercial venture, just a simple backyard make-over.
I was thinking the same thing. The lack of borders for the holes and the reusing of tees and holes would make this course hard to understand if he wasn't there giving instruction, as would the "special rules" like the 18th hole or the one where you have to hit the bat. However, seeing how it's at his home, I don't see anyone else using it without him.
