Greetings from a chilly Dartmoor. We hired from Kate boats at Stockton a few years back, with the intention of completing the Ashby. We didn't make it all the way as we ran out of time and who's fault was it - we overstayed at the Greyhound but had a brilliant afternoon!! Hope you're feeling better.
The music does contribute to the calm feelings I get in watching your vlogs. I hope you guys got warmed up and are feeling better by now. Be well. Leigh
Lovely video as always, think brindley little sweetie! Btw you mentioned Ashby canal, there is a channel Narrowboat Journeys who does his own music calls himself Kryfold sky, but he has a song about the Ashby canal and a couple of others if you interested to listen! So different
At 10:19...a cameo appearance??... the "grand auld throne" at bridge 14 is looking a bit neglected!... Charity Dock... It wouldn't look out of place in a "Mad Max" sequel! Absolutely epic!
Your background music is always very nice and this video was too!!! The video was fantastic as always!!! Take care be safe and I am looking forward to seeing the next video!!!!😮😊
Seeing the old toilet bowl at Charity Wharf gave me an idea for a You Tube Short on my channel. I have a toilet and a bath tub in my back yard. The bath did have goldfish and water lilies in it but no more. I think the water lilies might have got too much of a strong hold and the fish could not survive.
Get the feeling everyone is heading to the golly for winter? We’ve just left it and now in Nantwich. Where on the llangollen are you heading for? We struggled for any phone signal especially around the Ellesmere/Monty area but is a lovely canal probably our favorite so far. Take care
Nicky! remind me when it was warm enough and sunny enough for bare arms?! I've been wearing my longjohns since Monday! - winter drawers on in North Wales!
Say hi Steve missed him Banbury last month 😢 but lovely to see the autumn colours coming along but it’s cold now 😊chilly, love that banjo music 🎵 what is this please 😊
oh my goodness who on earth lives in the tat yard , such a mess. you need fix a bent by the sound of it , I know being rude. do all boaters make their way to llangollan oops
