He is AMAZING and I love the way he directs the couple of Motets with the folks in the Netherlands Bach Society.

Indeed one of the best performances I have listened to so far. As excellent as that of 1958 with D. FiDi / Karl Richter.

Stephen McLeod, Peter Mattei, Philip Jaroussky - the top three in the world! Or, indeed, of all time. Several years and political trauma for me between Stephen's "Mache Dich Mein Herze Rein" and discovering his "Grosser Herr..." wouldn't have made it without him and the other two "angelic" voices! Attributed to both S. Catherine of Siena and Teresa of Avila..."God sent His singers on this earth with songs of gladness and of mirth, that they might win the hearts of men and bring them back to Heaven again..." "Angels" on loan to this crazy world! Thank you, Stephen!

Excelente interpretación donde se puede escuchar con claridad la melodía, al contrario que los interpretes habituales donde sólo se escuchan "ha-ha-has", y la melodía no suena.
