Another thing about designing patterns is that it can take a lot more time and effort to write up a good pattern than you might expect. I'm in the middle of having my second design tested and I feel like it's taken forever to get it out there.
I would love to see an episode on copyright and design! I also wondered if designers factor in the cost of pattern support when they are designing. It seems like a larger time commitment than just getting the pattern out there?
