Correct. Classic Dr. Strange is one of the beings that Galactus fears and respects (in some way). The only reason Dr. Strange nowadays are so incapable of deafeating opponents through firepower is because he had been nerfed countless times. 1st by the Vishanti themselves where he draws most of his power. 2nd his fear to control and consequences of using dark magic. 3rd when all of the magic in the reality of earth 616 was destroyed. 4th when marvel imposed the stupid concept that payment must be made everytime magic is used.
For people who like grounded supervillain stories based on fantastical impossible comics, your prejudice sure is showing. Ultron was lame af. It was the typical robot who want to wipe out humanity. Terminator anyone? Loki is a spoiled royal mad that he's a royal. Thanos who in the comics killed to get Lady Death's attention..is now a Shakespearean philospher. Of course a Black man who doesn't want to coddle White people bothers you. it's not about strength or powers. Killmonger is a human. It's about fitting the story. And being Black, nothign is scarier than another Black person who is willing to sell you out. Kinda how Slavery started. Of course a nation where Black people are advanced bothers the neckbeards. And spare me with the "I'm actually Black". Killmonger did what was necessary for his movie and had a relatable backstory. Being disullusioned with prejudice, unlike a mutant deviant who thinks killing half of all life will bring peace. If you control the stones, you can create a peaceful reality or make a NEW reality with peaceful beings. Ultron is a homicidal robot. Loki..is a spoiled trust fund baby. So sick of people excusing their prejudice as "it's not good". If Killmonger is lame, so is Batman. THE END.

I'm just gonns point out. Thanos' motives: People are gonna die from overpopulation, therefore he kills half of them. All because he saw that happen on his planet, and therefore it's definitely gonna happen on every other planet in the universe. Loki's motives: Usually just personal gain. Through Thor he wants to be Odin's favourite son. Through Avengers Assemble he wants Earth to be his. Through Thor: Dark World he's faking his death so he can kick Odin out of Asgard and take over. Through Thor: Ragnarok he's REPEATEDLY choosing the Grandmaster and a life of Luxury over Thor, until he realizes the Grandmaster is screwed. At which point he's got a chance to be seen as a hero, which he takes. And he also steals the Tesseract, despite knowing Thanos wants it. By Infinity War... Suddenly he's willing to put his life on the line to save Thor? To no personal gain? Even though they did NO bonding in Ragnarok? Loki was literally willing to leave Thor to the Grandmaster's mercy in Ragnarok. Kilmonger? His father- The Black Panther's own brother- Was killed by the Black Panther. He spends his life waiting for his chance, fighting and training, until he finds a chance to enter Wakanda, and he kills Wakanda's greatest enemy in the process. He fights the current Black Panther- his cousin- in traditional ritual combat for the throne. He wins. His first actual order? He wants to help the third world countries. Stop slavery by giving those being treated as slaves a method of defending themself. His plans were all solid, strong plans, with good intentions, but his mind was clouded by revenge, so he went about it in a rather violent method.
Phase 5 is like the phase 1 of the infinity saga. Phase 4 is the transition from infinity saga into the new chapter. Phase 5 top Villain will probably charming and charismatic Villain like Loki instead of absolute force of nature like Galactus. Maybe Dr. Doom. I expect to see Galactus in phase 6

He will never be a villain in the MCU. He’s literally not a villain. He’s something to fear, for sure, but I just can’t see him ever translating well to the screen unless they make a Silver Surfer movie, as a part of Surfer’s story. And even then, Galactus is not a very complex character. Devouring planets for survival is his only motivation. He can exist as an entity, ala Dormammuu, but people thinking he’s going to be a big bad antagonist are mistaken.
I agree with you. He's kinda boring. He has no ulterior motive, unlike thanos. He simply does what he does so he can survive and fighting him would be kinda anti climactic
milosilic23, jeremy manchur, And David ragsdale , I see your points in your theories and I think they are good ideas for a new marvel movie. But like you said without a silver surfer story , the movie won’t gain popularity or get money, But I think y’alls theories are very accurate.
@@milosilic23 Except that Galactus has personality and even motives... He's an eternal servant to Eternity, the personification of time/temporal aspect of the Multiverse. Mirroring the fate of his own herald, the Silver Surfer, Galactus would commit atrocious acts on behalf of the higher power of existence and to ensure creation itself won't go out of control. And while Galactus has all the justification and authority to do everything he has been and will be doing because of the approval by the higher gods, he's not without humanity and compassion. He does care about life, and he only targeted the planets life dwelled on. If all the sentient beings evacuated the said planets, he would allow it. He's a god of destruction with a heart, because he was once a mortal, and even after millions of years serving the greater cosmic good, his worldview developed during his mortal state still continues to challenge him from time to time. This is a stark contrast to the Celestials, the gods of creations. Celestials created possibly all lifeforms and planets in the multiverse (The MCU may change that), but being the creator gods of all things doesn't gain them the compassion for mortals or the lesser gods. In fact, Celestials routinely committed genocide out of arbitrary reasons like "not meeting our godly standard" or even out of spite. And when the Celestials do "care" about their creations, their methods are often immoral. Take Apocalypse for example: one of the biggest threat to humanity, a mutant supervillain, and an extreme social Darwinist. He is, in fact, serving the Celestials as their agent on Earth. Apocalypse can kill as many people as he wants as long as he can effectively guide mankind's evolution path. If there's a "good" Celestials that wants humanity to prosper, it wouldn't hesitate to elect someone like Hitler, Genghis Kahn, or Kim Jung-Un if he/she can ensure humanity's continued existence. Galactus, however, won't go that far.
All hero’s will assemble X-Men, Fantastic 4, Avengers, and even the villains I can bet you my right big testicle if it does happen they will get the villains involved to help them defeat Galactus
How would it be Annihilus was the next big Bad Guy after Thanos in the MCU instead of Galactus cause it would be epic to see the annihilation wave on the big screen?
He's nore at the Ultron level. Worth of one movie, maybe plus some cameous, but not for the central nemesis of a whole phase. I'd go with Doom and/or Galatus for that.
Dont worry russo brothers will nerf him aswell next thing you see will be cm holding his mouth from eating earth or sw trying to rip off his armor just because they have gurl power
So your saying the avengers will just be like: “Ok, we’ve killed someone who can destroy half the universe. Now time for a guy who can destroy a while one and some more.”
There's a difference though, Thanos was using the stones, which were not his power, and hence during majority of his fights, he had to make extra efforts to use them. Galactus, on his own, is much stronger than the likes of Odin, Dormammu, surtur, etc.
“Hi I’m Galactus the devourer of worlds.” “So, devourer of worlds… its an exaggeration right? You just do a bit of destruction right?” “No dude I genuinely eat worlds, like planets. I’m always hungry.” “Wtf man”
Thanos has better motives - just being hungry is gonna be boring -- thanos motives and journey was far more interesting-- it’s not about how strong villian is - it’s how great as a story and character he is
Totally agree although i love Galactus as a character. He should be introduced but as a part of the universe not the villain. The next villian should be Magneto or Doom.
You never know with Marvel. If they can make Galactus work. I welcome it. Could be a meaningful character story there, just to have one there against what the comics don't imply. If so. Awesome. :)
Dude, this guys dosen't care about story, only for tge coolest thing possible. For example: They suggested that Banner could become Maestro and destroy everything, even througth putting the Hulk as a threat wouldn't work with his arc of Hulk and Banner uniting to be a force of good because it would make the Hulk a threat again and wpuld render it to a moot point. Besides, these guys want a live-action Dragon Ball film to be based on the Saiyan Saga because it has more action, but what about the character arcs, the emotion, the heart, and the fact that audiences unfamiliar with the source material may not really get what the heck is going on, nor simpatize with Goku if they meet him at that point.
When you said Galactus can bring people back from death, my immediate thought was Iron Man! Is there a chance we will get Iron Man back because of Galactus!?
The villain’s motive can still be malicious, though. They don’t always have to have good intentions. Plenty of villains can have really selfish goals and evil agendas.
May the Science be with You To be fair, sociopaths are still human. They can feel guilt, regret and can form emotional connections with people. They’re only incapable of empathizing with someone else’s pain, and life can be pretty hard for them because of that. Plus, it’s usually something that happens to them that causes them to be that way. You may be thinking of psychopaths. Psychopaths are incapable of feeling anything genuine for other people and it’s due to genetics, not childhood trauma. Even so, as long as they’re willing to, psychopaths can still properly function in society without hurting anyone. I’m not saying a bad life excuses people of their bad decisions (it doesn’t), but we’re all human, and it helps to keep an open mind.

I can see Galactus being built up like Thanos was, then the Celestials rising to power, forcing the Avengers and Galactus to team up against them.

"Thanos, Loki, and ERIC KILLMONGER"
I think you mispelled Ultron there buddy
Hahaha
For real this guy doesn't know much about the movies or comics lmao
THE END.

I really like the way Marvel always has villains that have a good back story. They're not evil just for the sake of being evil but they really believe in their cause or do the things they do for a good reason.
did you just put Killmonger at the same level as Thanos and Loki?
It’s because he’s in the black panther movie and it’s the most over hyped movie of the last 5 years. It’s a A+ tier movie but the way it was hyped it sounded like the next lion king that had a baby with civil war, that got adopted and raised by endgame
And was coached and mentored by aquaman
@@danielajayi894 I agree with you except that I think that it's the 2nd most over hyped movie. Captain "cunt" Marvel is the most over hyped movie.
I'm just gonns point out.
Thanos' motives:
People are gonna die from overpopulation, therefore he kills half of them.
All because he saw that happen on his planet, and therefore it's definitely gonna happen on every other planet in the universe.
Loki's motives:
Usually just personal gain.
I never really liked loki in the movies at all.He was just whatever lol,to this day i cant understand what people like about loki ON SCREEN

@@therealheem6035 Eric Killmonger had no powers. Ultron couldn't die, Loki is a friggin' god, and Thanos killed half of everyone by simply moving his fingers. then, there is Killmonger, who can do hand-stands.
Galactus is the balance between eternity and death, in fact every version of galactus is just that
@@milosilic23
Except that Galactus has personality and even motives...
Even with captain Marvel, the Avengers were barely able to stop Thanos, so how would they even hope to beat the planet eating galactus
Exactly what I was thinking
By the time Galactus comes around, the X-MEN and Fantastic 4 will already be established. They’ll have substantial powerful backup
All hero’s will assemble X-Men, Fantastic 4, Avengers, and even the villains I can bet you my right big testicle if it does happen they will get the villains involved to help them defeat Galactus
@@johnnydrills5734 I’m comin for that left but if you’re wrong😏

that is how the story should go once ant man started messing with quantam realm annihilation would take notice of our universe, we wait and see..

Kirito-kun fuck your logic then bro lol watch the movie and enjoy it it’s a movie not homework
The villain’s motive can still be malicious, though. They don’t always have to have good intentions. Plenty of villains can have really selfish goals and evil agendas.
Nowadays it's about trying to feel bad for the villain and to see yourself in it. Society is seemingly full of sociopaths and sociopath lovers.
May the Science be with You
To be fair, sociopaths are still human.

I can see this being a phase 5 thing. like they are forced to "kill" galactus to save earth but by doing so they release the Celestials
The stones may be subatomic dust but subatomic dust is subatomic dust so they kinda do still exist. Plus thanos isn’t stupid, he probably would’ve known that if he completely destroyed the stones that his “perfect world” would be at risk of destruction.
Edit: also galactic isn’t necessarily a necessary evil. Plus I could totally see a situation where Galactus is on his death bed and he could be
