Very interesting I'm already doing the seated twisting stretch and using foam roller to get extension stretch, and just rolling back and forward on it over thoracic spine area. I also do standing lateral stretch, but not sure how helpful that is
Thx for the exercises, I have bulging disks in my lumbar and c spine, and I have horrible pain from my T spine in which I assume are bulging or herniated disks.

They are just what I need to do , I am 71 & have had an x ray which indicated I won't improve so will have to manage it
