We're enjoying a beautiful Sunday afternoon with Lexxy & James after a wonderful church service. Eating some good food & taking in the fresh Alaskan air on a crisp, sunny day during a nature hike! Then it's back to the cabin as we start our DIY walk in pantry build while enjoying some homemade pizza with freshly milled flour from the grain mill! Thanks for joining us for another video, cheers! FRESHLY MILLED PIZZA DOUGH:
Two 12" pizza pans
2 cups warm water
4 to 4 1/2 cups freshly milled hard white wheat
4 tsp quick rising (instant) yeast
1/4 cup oil
2 tsp salt
HOW TO MAKE IT:
In a large mixing bowl, combine warm water, and flour and mix just until a soft dough forms.
Let rise for 20 minutes to let gluten develop.
Sprinkle yeast over top and mix to combine. While mixing, add oil and salt.
Knead dough until smooth and elastic, about five minutes.
Cover tightly and refrigerate for 24 hours or up to 3 days. You may also use the dough right away if desired.
PIZZA:
When ready to use, bring pizza dough to room temperature.
Preheat oven to 400°F, 200°C.
Divide dough into 2 equal portions.
Roll out each portion into a 12" circle.
Place on prepared pizza pans.
Brush lightly with olive oil or pizza sauce, and add your choice of toppings.
Bake in preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes, until crust is lightly browned. Enjoy!

Science teacher here. Seeds do not need sunlight to sprout. They may need a little heat ( you can use a heat mat) but sunlight is not needed until the green cotyledon forms(then they can photosynthesize) from the sprouting seed. Some seeds also take several days to sprout like carrot seeds. 😊

Tina!!! We have had 2 cats for years. We switched to pellet stove soft wood pellets. Here in Canada a huge bag costs $7-. The pellets swell up as the cats use their litter. You don't scoop it out. No clay, very clean! With 2 cats I only change it out once a week. You can burn them or compost them! Boom!🎉😊 Love them!
I'm using them with my kitten, when we used to have cats I would have used those if I'd have known. Game changer.

I’m having the same problem with leaking in my chicken coop. I have a tarp over the enclosure but it leaks. Going to put a couple pieces of metal over it to stop the leak. “ Don’t make me fall in the snow. I’ll never talk to you again.”😂😂👍

Oh so exciting, another project! Can’t wait to see what the results are. I also grow bean sprouts for egg foo yung as well as micro greens . Yummy. All you have to do is get a bag of mung bean seeds, ( I got a bag at Costco) and use a mason jar, soak the seeds over night and then drain them and set the jar on its side with a coffee filter over the top. Every day you put some water in the jar soak for a bit and then drain it.

When the sprouts start growing, the,n, take the cover off. The cover is to keep the water from evaporating while they're germinating
